Gayet temiz geniş ve güzeldi. Tek sorunu kapının içten ne kadar kilitlenirse de dışardan gelen kişinin kapıyı açabilmesiydi. Onun disinda hersey iyiydi.

Renzo Hotel’de harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım.
Özellikle resepsiyon sorumlusu Tarık Bey’e ayrı bir parantez açmak isterim. Misafirlerle ilgilenme biçimi, çözüm odaklı yaklaşımı ve güler yüzü gerçekten mükemmel. Daha otele adım atar atmaz kendinizi güvende ve değerli hissettiriyor.
Odalar son derece temiz, düzenli ve konforlu. Her detayın özenle düşünüldüğü belli. Otelin genel temizlik standartları da gerçekten takdire şayan.
Kısacası Renzo Hotel, kaliteli hizmeti ve profesyonel ekibiyle kesinlikle tercih edilmesi gereken bir yer. Tarık Bey’e özellikle teşekkür ederim; misafir memnuniyeti konusundaki titizliği gerçekten fark yaratıyor.

I booked this hotel I tested positive for COVID I couldn’t travel I told the manager I want to change the date of my travel he said I can’t change it and I can’t get my money back too Hotels.com contacted him too he refused to change the date for me
