Die Heizung war nicht eingeschaltet, und das Personal wollte sie nicht anmachen. Sie waren sehr unfreundlich und respektlos zu uns und haben uns rausgeschmissen, nur weil wir wollten, dass die Heizung eingeschaltet wird.
