It was well located, with boutiques and stops on the ground floor. Our room was beautifully designed and the staff were friendly and accomodating
Due to the rain, there were many leaks in the hotel, and particularly slippery floors. Additionally breakfast is served on an outdoor terrace which was quite cold due to the weather. There was also only air conditioning in the room and no heating which meant our sleep was interrupted by the cold.

MA sprechen kaum Englisch, erster Frühstückservice war nicht bereit auf 08.00 Uhr, das Gebäck war vom Vortag und ungeniessbar! Kein Buffet, sondern nur Speisekarte.
Empfang an der Reception: MA übermüedet, kaum ein freundliches Wort, keine Informationen zum Hotel, Frühstück, Fitness, man musst alles Nachfragen.
Internetverbindung sehr schlecht, viele Unterbrüche und Langsam.
Leider ist die Freundlichkeit in diesem Hotel nicht zu spüren.
A beautiful escape in Mexico City. Staff were exceptional, really made me feel so welcome and looked after. Room and the hotel itself is stunning, calming, beautifully decorated. It was the perfect final stop for me after 2 bus weeks travelling across the country.
I loved the breakfast, its was so delicious and service was amazing too.

Great choices for breakfast and served on the beautiful roof terrace. The hotel couldn't be more central: directly opposite the Cathedral and next to the Templo Mayor.
The roads around the hotel are usually closed so often it is impossible for a car to collect/drop-off directly outside the hotel. Some of the staff could also improve their English (as the majority of guests did not speak Spanish).
The design and amenities were unmatched.
The roads were closed for the festival, we saw other hotels had staff meeting their guests to support with their luggage given the road closures. Would have been lovely to have the same treatment given the challenge of road closures.

while this hotel is in the busy historic center, the property and rooms were extremely quiet! i loved the body lotion offered by the hotel in the bathrooms, where can i buy that???

Stayed here for its interior design and architecutre of its minimal look and ode to Spanish design. Great sized room especially the one with the interior skylight. Very friendly welcome with a Herradura shot and a cocktail voucher on their terrace area.
Room service food was good and very timely. Quality of food was great.
A little loud with other guests in the area as sound reverbates around the propety and you can hear people's conversations and bathroom facilities
