overall great expierence
Pros:

the location was perfect, staff were very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

daily room cleaning wasn’t consistent. they were always right outside our room but only once came in. we don’t care about beds/ towels, had plenty but since living there around the clock for days we had trash.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

This hotel is CLEAN! Every area was clean, the elevators are clean, the gym was clean,the breakfast was fantastic.

I wish I was able to get a refund from booking.com since I had to pay a second time to the facility because the facility
Pros:

I loved everything about the property, was clean, staff was amazing. Booking.com, however, took my payment, and did not delivered because the facility was never able to acknowledge that I had made the reservation despite of me showing them the confirmation number, they mentioned that since booking.com made the reservation outside their booking availability they were not able to see the reservation was made.

Cons:

Again, I loved the property, booking.com took my money, and the property manager was unable to see that a reservation was made through booking.com. I had to make a second payment, not directly made to the facility.

Pros:

The room was spacious and the amenities were great. The clean warm pool was awesome. Very inviting lobby and the staff were very polite. The property in general is beautiful and well maintained.

Cons:

I didn’t like how there weren’t enough food for places close by and you had to drive quite a lot to get to places.

Great vantage point to explore from or just stop and relax
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful. Wish we had more time to explore the area. Staff when asked made great reservations for the local area exploration. Beautiful property clean and well maintained

Cons:

Only 1 time with the whole experience is the noise of the a/c. But with temps in 90s I'd have also moaned if it was not there
