観光地に近いわりに繁華街からは外れているので夜は静かに過ごせました
スタッフの皆さんも優しくフレンドリーな接客でありがたかったです
ホテルから徒歩圏内にスーパーや飲食店も豊富で、ホテル内のテラスも開放的で気持ちが良いので食事を持ち帰ってホテルで食べるのもおすすめです

Personeel heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk, schoon en goede ligging

Spent the last two weeks visiting Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. I had very lovely stays with beautiful views, but in terms of hospitality, this was my #1 stay. I liked that a day prior to my arrival, they reached out to know when we will be arriving.

On arrival, the welcome drink was so nice, had to ask where to get it. Lisa, goodness, host with the most. She gave us a map of Penang and what to do where. She also had printed out all the places we could eat, including Halal restaurants for Muslim customers. I recommend recording her as she talks because she gives you lots of details 🤭

This place was so beautiful. The reception, the multiple seating areas and art pieces were well thought out and very lovely. Our room was also really nice. For someone who gets claustrophobic in spaces without windows, I actually noticed on my last night that I didn't have a window because the space and circulation made it easy for me to not feel cramped up. There were small details that they did that made me feel they put a lot of effort to cater to different customers.

Having toured George Town, I ended up liking the location because I would leave the noise and enter this quiet street where the hotel was located. P.s they had beer with convenient store prices for sale, we realised late. Thank you Lisa and team for making it a memorable stay.

El hotel está todo rehabilitado con un gusto excepcional, cuando llegas parece que te la calle no es la mejor, pero cuando llegas al hotel...el chico que nos atendió, creo recordar que Said con el pelo rizado y joven, nos estuvo explicando durante más de una hora con el plano de la ciudad, todo lo que teníamos que hacer en la ciudad, dónde ir a comer, qué ver, cómo organizarnos. Fue encantador y el hotel...un lujazo!

La Signora Lisa ci ha accolti davvero bene, dandoci subito qualche suggerimento sulla Città e dove andare a mangiare per pranzo. Con noi è stata eccezionale e super disponibile. la camera era pulità con un ottimo bagno.
L'Hotel era veramente carino con un bellissimo murales all'interno subito per farci immergere nel mood di questa spledida città (la più bella visitata in Malesia).

Sehr schönes Hotel, liebevoll eingerichtet mit Pflanzen, Kunst, Aufenthaltsräumen.
Die Zimmer und das Bad haben eine gute Größe und sind sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist gut, die Betten bequem.
Das Personal war durchweg sehr nett, hilfsbereit und aufgeschlossen; Begrüßungsgetränk und Ausflugstipps inklusive.
Auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert!
