Wonderful staff at very well located boutique hotel
Pros:

Had a wonderful 5 night stay at this fantastic hotel in central Georgetown. Firstly the staff are excellent - incredibly kind, helpful and just generally lovely. Special shoutouts to Andy, Sai & Liz.
We had a room at the rear of the hotel and it was very quiet. The bedding and mattress were of very high quality and we slept soundly every night.
Location wise you are very close to the old town and everything is walkable. There are restaurants cafes and food markets galore so you will not go hungry.

Cons:

Nothing - one of the best stays we have had in Malaysia

Hotel in a walkable location to tourist destinations

Andy the front office staff was a memorable experience with his jovial and helpful personality

Cons:

The pillows were soft and uncomfortable. My sleep was interrupted throughout the stay.

Sehr nettes Personal, gute Lage ca 10 min ins „Zentrum“, schönes Hotel, große Zimmer, großes Bett, saubere Dusche

Cons:

Leider hatte mein Zimmer kein Fenster, das sollte beim buchen des Zimmers bei der Kategorie stehen.

Pros:

Super friendly staffs 💕 It really made our stay more pleasant and comfortable. Room is nice and comfortable. We picked the room with windows.

Cons:

It's sad that we didnt get refill for the biscuits everyday after housekeeping (we stayed for 3 nights).

Todo, el recepcionista que nos atendió a la llegada que se preocupo de explicarnos cada detalle de la ciudad, su cultura y gastronomía... El hotel magnífico, muy bonito y cómodo

Cons:

Lo único que nuestra habitación estaba en la playa baja y el resto de los huéspedes no respetaban el horario de descanso de los demás. Peno no es una crítica al hotel
