We had a lovely visit.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff with wonderful recommendations for our stay.
The room was very comfortable, and it was convenient to be able to use shared plates, glasses, cutlery when we bought food back to the hotel.

Cons:

The shared plates/glasses/cutlery were not clean, we had to wash them before using them. In addition, the drain in the shower was blocked when we arrived, it was full of hair. However, when we mentioned this to the staff they cleaned this thoroughly.

Overall I enjoyed staying here. Staff were personable and helpful, and the bed was comfortable and the room clean. O
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful and outgoing The bed was comfortable. The place was very clean. Hot water was good. The location was okay. About 10-15 min walk to the closest bus stop/station and about the same to closest grocery store.

Cons:

They offered filtered water but it came from a small water dispenser that was awkward to fill water bottles and hot water kettles. Overall lighting in my room was all indirect so not as good for reading or looking over maps. Only an opaque window in my room that let in diffused light but no view outside. The general area offered to guests to sir and eat meals and clean up after themselves was very inadequate. No rags or towels to clean dishes and surfaces with and no microwave. This property is great for short stays but less so for longer stays.

Fantastisch
Pros:

Allereerst heeft de kamer heeeeerlijke bedden. Tel daarbij op een fijne douche, perfecte locatie en fantastisch personeel!

Cons:

We hadden een kamer beneden, daarvoor zijn enkele zitjes. Laat in de avond en vroeg in de ochtend hadden we wat last van geluid van andere mensen

I would stay again
Pros:

Great staff,very friendly and eager to please.
Good location too ,a few minutes away from the congested and noisy Georgetown.
I had a windowless room but it it was so nicely curated with lighting choices etc that I didn't mind at all. Very quiet too.

Buona struttura per visitare George Town a piedi

Struttura piccola ma pulitissima, molto confortevole e silenziosa.

Cons:

Avevo chiesto per 2 volte una stanza con finestra e arrivato non era disponibile dicendo che chi mi aveva risposto faceva parte dello staff di Booking.com

Sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Wirklich sehr schönes Hotel mit super netten Angestellten. Hübsch dekoriert und es hat alles was man braucht. Zu Fuss kann man gut ins Zentrum laufen. Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Welcome Drink und viele Tipps haben wir auch bekommen.

Cons:

Wirklich das einzige dass wir kein Fenster hatten (soviel wir gesehen haben hatten die andern Zimmer alle Fenster - evtl gibt es verschiedene Kategorien). War aber schlussendlich kein Problem.

A home away from home because of the people. Hot shower, cold AC, comfortable bed, made me sleep,like a baby,
Pros:

The desk staff were amazing, Liza was welcoming, informative and very helpful to me. Always quick with suggestions to make my trip more enjoyable. Andy and Siah were also friendly and helpful.
I liked the lounge areas to read or chill.

Cons:

I found the shower and glass in the bathroom could benefited from a good Clorox wipe down as there were stains or grime build up.
More restaurants or coffee cafes closer would have been nice too,
