El estilo de las habitaciones
Apesar de que había paño en el piso del baño siempre salpicaba el agua
Very central, very clean
Rooms are very dark and only have a window to the inner court. Bed sheets where not of high quality and sleeping felt sweaty. The noises from the street or AC are very dominant also during the night. It’s ok for a short stay but not for a longer period of time.

El concepto actual de cápsula no lo tenía cuando reserve
Hay una gotera constante en la ducha y el lavamanos. El lavamanos no tiene instrucciones para poder usarlos.
El “desayuno” consta de jugo, café y fruta y la atención fue muy mala
Lamentablemente, mi estancia tuvo varios inconvenientes de mantenimiento. La llave del lavamanos estaba averiada y la iluminación en la sala era deficiente debido a un bombillo quemado. Además, la habitación no contaba con aire acondicionado, lo cual resultó incómodo.
En cuanto al servicio, tuvimos que solicitar papel higiénico constantemente; para una estancia de varios días, lo ideal sería que dejaran suministros suficientes desde el inicio. También eché de menos un microondas en el área común para calentar alimentos.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had great decor and my room was very spacious. The food in the cafe was good and I enjoyed the free breakfast.

El día de la final de Tigres el bartender me dio una atención personalizada excepcional, se la paso platicando conmigo de futbol y a la pareja que estaba y a mi nos atendió increible, las bebidas que recomendaba ni se diga. Atención 100/10
