Pros:

We had a little kitchen to work with but had microwave and a big fridge which was nice - the location was great.

Cons:

The staff were non existent.
No pots or pans or cutlery.
The mattress was rock hard.
The toilet liked to keep running by itself.

Terrible decision.
Pros:

Roaches and a nasty mildew smell… no linen change/house keeping or extra toilet paper given when asked.

Cons:

Upon arrival (over a 350 mile drive) the office was closed (during office hours)and had to contact customer service for booking after multiple failed phone calls to the property 5 hours after someone finally showed up to assist.

Rude manager filthy room bed bugs manager would not refund and would not give us another room because she said we would contaminate the other room, she blamed my service dog for the bed bugs

Nothing,it's a piece of junk, cockroach all over,sofa couch unkept carpet unkept,it's not a place to visit or stay, very very very bad and dirty place to be,don't be decieved by the outer appearance of d building,it's totally unkept inside
