Pros:

Красивый отель, очень хорошие и разнообразные завтраки, ухоженная территория, хорошая косметика

Cons:

Ужасный персонал что на рецепшене, что в ресторане, очень медленные, очень!!!! Должны были заселить нас в 14:30, нас заселили в 16:10, учитывая, что мы с самолета и на 16:00 у нас была уже забронирована лодка от отеля и они это знали, приехали в отель мы в 13:00, и все это время мы ждали, в ресторане ждали меню и кофе на завтрак по пол часа. В комнате очень холодно, не работала система «умный дом» не могли выключить кондиционер, пришлось звонить на рецепшн.

Отличный отель, организует поездку на катере, всегда свободно в ресторане - но дня 3-4 и потом станет скучно

Удобно в центре, но та городок нбольшой- это лучший отель

הכל צוות.. ניקיון אוכל אדיבות .. אמינות
אמינות .. לא יודעת מי אחראי על צוות הניקיון אבל.. מצאו כסף כזה סכום קטן של 10 יורוי .. סמו על המיטה .. וזה היה מבחן של שיא אמינות שלא מוצאים בשום מקום יחסיי..
בכל מקרה הדבר הכי בולט ... הוא הצוות הכי גמיש.. נגיש.. עוזר מה שתרצו.
נכון יקר .. יוקרתי מאוד מאוד .. אבל מאוד ממליצה

Beautiful Hotel
Pros:

The hotel was amazing and the hotel room was remodeled and new, very high tech. The service and hotel staff were amazing and they always seemed to remember your name, very classy. The breakfast food was amazing but the evening meal was not very memorable. Also, one night the hotel concierge recommended a local restaurant and it was terrible. They may want to be careful with their restaurant recommendations. Nevertheless the whole experience was great and I would definitely recommend the hotel and stay there again.
