L’emplacement

Cons:

Beaucoup mais beaucoup trop cher pour le niveau de prestation! Une chambre qui ressemble plus à une cage à poule qu’à une chambre à + de 1200 euros la nuit ! En plus l’établissement est en plein travaux et absolument aucune indication. À éviter

Beautiful
Pros:

Everything was perfect, really lovely stay! Views were good, room was great! Food was lovely!

Cons:

I had expected to have access to the pool by the lake as this was within the advertisement I was viewing when booking. Sadly it was not open on my dates but this wasn’t made clear when I was booking which is disappointing.

Beautiful scenery and wonderful staff
Pros:

The staff at the Grand Victoria was exceptional. Very friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. The location was perfect, and the spa facilities were amazing. We enjoyed a couple of nights in the hotel restaurant and bar, and the surrounding town offered many great places to eat and drink as well. During our visit, we also enjoyed a limo boat ride which was arranged by the hotel staff, and a ferry ride to neighboring cities. The entire experience was wonderful.

Best customer service ever, definitely a true 5 star hotel.
Pros:

Definitely the top hotel we’ve ever stayed at in the world. The spa was unbelievably high end, the included breakfast was the best ever. All the staff were so helpful with everything we needed. They let us relax in the pool area after our check out time. Perfect stay !

Exquisite, would do it again
Pros:

Had a deluxe courtyard room. Was fantastic and larger than anyone would need I think. Breakfast is exceptional, maybe the best I have ever had. Service exceptional across the hotel, spa, dining, concierge, reception. The spa is world class, have seen nothing better.
