特別な時間でした
Pros:

桜の時期にお伺いしました。春の雰囲気と共にホテル全体が“宝塚に泊まっている”という特別感があり、また室内もとても清潔でした。娘と泊まりましたが、また行きたいと思います。

Pros:

圧迫感のない広々としたロビー。
アクセスの良さ

Cons:

今回開演の11時は初めて。開場時間が良く分からずスタッフに確認。即答無く色々調べてやっと10時の回答。そんなに遅い？と思ったら9時半だった。この程度の問い合わせなら正確かつ即答必要。これ悪印象で全問の評価を低くしました。

また泊まりたいと思わせるに十分。満足でした。
