Perfect for a Spring Break visit with family that lives in the area.
Pros:

Granddaughter loved the pool. I loved kitchenette for simple meal prep.

Cons:

Hotel food service was odd. One day they offered potato salad and mashed potatoes as the evening appetizer

breakfast was good - liked the fruit

Cons:

when checked in we found a coffee machine in our room but no carafe - went down to talk to front desk - no one answered when we called - he said they didn't have a replacement - the next morning we called down and the gal at that answered sent one right up. Except for the staff that greeted us the first night the rest were great - I had to print a document and the women at the front desk was a great help!!

Loved the place. It was clean and comfortable. I would return.
Pros:

The location was great. Near grocery store and food places. I enjoyed the. coffee/tea/beverage station. I also enjoy the appetizers at social hour. Breakfast was ok, wish there were more options. Laundry area was great!

Cons:

Everything was good for the most part. I was told that I could check out at 12 instead of 11. Housekeeper came at 11 and said we had to leave. I am sure we could've worked something out, but decided to leave.

Frustrated and angry with the demise of Staybridge since the buy out several years ago when the rates went up around 80%

Cons:

Stove didn’t work, refrigerator leaked all over the floor and food was soaked with water inside, difficult access, terrible breakfast with powdered eggs, grey looking sausage and yogurt full of sugar, yuk. The outside grill was filthy.

The worst part was that a big storm was coming in and we had to outrun the snow by leaving early. The night clerk was this tall guy with blond hair down to his shoulders who tried to stiff us for $472.00 telling me that Booking was responsible for it but booking said we had to deal with the hotel, not!Thank heavens, the day manager bailed us out and refunded our money.

Family Oriented Hotel
Pros:

The kitchen area with stocked dishes were a nice added touch. This added detail made our stay more homey. Also, the room was large, clean, had a nice sofa, and the beds were comfy. Finally, I liked the fresh fruits at breakfast.

Cons:

There were very few walkable restaurants near the hotel. To get to most restaurants, we had to drive.

Very comfortable and felt like home.
Pros:

Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. The location is quiet and very homey and comforting. My husband and I loved our stay. This was our second time staying at this location and staff is not only quick, friendly, and knowledgeable but also kind. The room was spacious and clean.

I have no complaints. Absolutely no problems

Sweet, simple and pleasant.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Although a limited menu, which is fine and understandable, the breakfast was not well prepared and on one day, I found one of the kitchen staff take her anger out on the serving bowls. Despite requesting maintenance of my room on the last day, the cleaning staff ignored my request. The carpets need refreshing.
