The staff lacks customer service skills or maybe they just don’t like tourists, the room was decent and clean but we had issues with our room key every day it would not open the room or the elevator.

Faltan unos cuantos enchufes en el cuarto pero a parte de eso, muy bien, y el personal de recepción muy simpáticos.

Cela a commencé 3 jours avant le séjour : aucune réponse à une demande par mail. Le jour J, arrivée pour déposer mon bagage + paiement = non au check out. Le soir pour récupérer mon bagage et ma clé : aucun entrain je les dérangeais à 23H ils n'avaient plus envie de voir 1 client. De plus obligation de régler ; 2 personnes, 2 avis différent. Donc je suis trés mitigé !

The location is great with metro right below
Room is a bit dimmed but overall cleanliness is acceptable.
Comfortable bed

Tout était bien mis a part dans le frigo ou il y'avait un beignet en arrivant a notre chambre qui nous appartenait pas..

Pas un sourire a l'accueil...
Pour repasser ses affaires, vous devez sortir sous la pluie, traverser une place pour repasser dans un autre batiment
Bref pour un.quartier d'affaire, a revoir sérieusement...

For the price the room seemed run down. There was minimal interaction with staff. Nearby construction starts very early in the morning. It’s handy for the la defense arena but overpriced.

Grande chambre, par contre Clim ne marche pas (ne refroidit pas), obligé d'ouvrir les fenêtres et par conséquent subir le bruit des voitures.

Ménage tous les 4 jours si la durée du séjour est supérieure a 4 jours: je n'ai jamais compris cette règle et c'est très désagréable.

Very good location for the event we attended. Great customer service, rooms equipped with good facilties like, microwave, fridge, hobb. Gym available too. A very good stay, recommend and would certainly rebook here if I returned

Upon arrival, we weren’t aware that we had to go into the Hotel part across the square in order to check. Check in was straight forward. We then walked across the square to the Residences. When getting into the Residences building the lift didnt work so we had to carry 2 suitcases up 6 flights of stairs. It was quite late when we arrived so we pretty much put our suitcases down and went to bed.
It was very hard to sleep as it was so warm and the aircon did not work.
In the morning, we started to get ourselves ready. The bathroom was awful, mould on the grout and ceiling, rust in the bath, shower hose also had mould and the whole bathroom smelt.....probably because the extractor didnt work. The door card reader was coming off of the door and could not shut the door easily. There were live wires not covered where sockets should have been.
First thing that morning we went to speak with the manager as my husband and youngest daughter have asthma and our daughter being autistic would not step foot in the bathroom.
The service was very good, the manager provided us with 2 rooms next to each other as they had no family rooms left. The rooms in the actual hotel was lovely and definitely recommend. I was a little disappointed that they refused to provide us with breakfast due to the room hassle as i had already spent out €37 on breakfast supplies that we could then no longer use as there were obviously no crockery in the hotel rooms.

Une honte, j'ai jamais vu ça, cet établissement est à fuire, même un hôtel F1 à 80 euros la nuit sans exagérer est plus propre.
Soit disant un établissement 4 étoiles, impossible car si les services d'hygiène débarque il y a la moitié des chambres qui ferment tout du moins la nôtre c'est sûr.
En couple avec ma femme et ma fille, facturé les 3 nuits 675 euros avec petits déjeuners et parking.
Pour avoir, postillons sur les 2 télé, traces multiples de crasse sur les murs dans la cuisine et la salle de bain, poussière pas faite présente partout, carreaux de carrelage cassés, pas de bonde dans la baignoire avec en prime cheveux dans le syphon et pour clôturer ces beaux commentaires sans bien-sûr tout dire car je n'aurai pas assez de place, dans la salle de bain au dessus de la porte d'entrée présence de moisissures (salpêtre) sur 1 m de large et 20 cm de haut, j'ai jamais vu ça.
On a bien-sûr mentionné les problèmes à l'accueil qui nous ont tout simplement dit qu'ils savaient et qu'ils avaient beaucoups de plaintes à ce sujet.

Kamer/appartement was fijn. Van te voren een babybed gevraagd, en deze was bevestigd via mail. Bij aankomst was het babybed niet in de kamer geplaatst en deed de stroom het niet. Babybed is later geplaatst zonder matras. Er was een keukentje met magnetron, maar die kon niet gebruikt worden omdat de stroom dan uitviel. De oplossing van het personeel was de magnetron bij de receptie gebruiken. Die zat echter in een ander gebouw. Een echte oplossing is niet geboden. Parkeren in de onderliggende garage kost €19 per dag. Dit kwam niet duidelijk naar voren uit de advertentie.

Un accueil correct, une chambre sale, la salle de bain est moisie et mal nettoyée. Les plaintes en bas des murs tombent en morceaux à cause de l’humidité.
Inadmissible pour un hôtel MERCURE

Was put into a different building to the main hotel which we were told is the Residence. Bath had water in it and would not empty due to a stuck plug, advised reception who said a technician would come and look, who never arrived. Air Con did not work, a fan was in the room to replace it and this was broken. Sofa bed was not fit for purpose, so uncomfortable. Extremely disappointed with what was supposed to be a 4 star hotel.
