No cumple las expectativas
Pros:

El desayuno era muy completo y estaba todo muy rico. Además, todo el personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia.

Cons:

Me decepcionó bastante la relación calidad-precio. Por el precio que pagamos esperaba un hotel mucho más cuidado.

El principal problema fue el aire acondicionado: hacía tanto ruido y producía tantas vibraciones que resultaba muy incómodo dormir. De hecho, tuve que pedir un cambio de habitación por este motivo. Aunque en la segunda habitación parecía sonar menos al principio, durante la noche volvió a aparecer el mismo problema.

Además, la habitación era interior pese a tener un precio elevado. La ducha tenía mucha cal e incluso alguna parte estaba deteriorada, y el desagüe tragaba el agua con dificultad. El baño tampoco tenía un extractor de aire, por lo que había un fuerte olor a humedad.

Imagino que parte del precio se debe a la piscina de la azotea, pero en los tres días que estuvimos no pudimos utilizarla porque hay muy pocas tumbonas y siempre estaban ocupadas.

En general, la experiencia no estuvo a la altura de lo que esperaba por el precio pagado. Personalmente, no volvería.

Viesnīcai nevar piebraukt ar automašīnu, jo atrodas gājēju zonā. Stāvvieta 500 m attālumā, tajā grūti atrast brīvu vietu.

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, kiváló a kilátás az 5. Emeleti teraszról, ahol nemcsak reggelizni, de medencézni is lehet. A reggeli teljesen korrekt, mint ahogy a szállás ára is

Colazione ricca, varia durante le giornate e possibiltà di farsi cucinare piatti espressi. Terrazza panoramica con piscina.

Cons:

L'hotel è centrale e il parcheggio è un terno al lotto. Non consigliatissimo in alta stagione se si ha l'auto (10/20 min per cercare parcheggio). Non erano presenti finestre in bagno. L'unica finestra della stanza dava su un cortile interno.

Pros:

El desayuno, la cama era cómoda, el aire acondicionado, el baño súper grande, buen servicio y muy céntrico.

Cons:

La habitación es pequeña y el balcón también. Pese a estar bastante insonorizado, es una zona muy ruidosa, sobretodo se nota de noche. No tiene parking, aunque puedes conseguir alguno gratuito a unos 10 minutos, pero hay que dar algunas vueltas.

Perfect stay near center of Puerto dela Cruz.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I felt instantly at home. Also very close to center, souvenir stores and restaurants. Walking distance (15minutes) to beach which is a definite plus.

Skvělé a vkusné ubytování v perfektní lokalitě!
Pros:

Moc pěkný hotel. Pokoje čisté, útulné, hezky zařízené. Měli jsme pokoj pro 4, kde byly dvě manželské postele vedle sebe, což bylo s dětmi nakonec moc fajn a pohodlné. Terasa na střeše je skvělá! Úžasný výhled, moc hezky zařízené, jen bych si to představovala čistší. Bazén taky moc fajn. Snídaně moc dobré. Zařídili i bezlepkové pečivo, každý den trošku jiná nabídka. Lokalita taky skvělá - vše poblíž.

Cons:

Čistota střešní terasy by mohla být lepší, ale to je detail. Jinak opravdu všechno skvělé!
