Pros:

Not much! Disappointing!

Cons:

Leider nicht die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie erhalten. Rezeptionist weniger lösungsorientiert, Pooldeck bräuchte etwas Pflege, Fußböden im Quadruple Room knarrt und ist laut, Fahrstuhl klein und alt, erst durch Hilfe seitens Booking konnte eine Erstattung erfolgen für das viel zu kleine falsche Zimmer, Frühstück nicht so schön wie in den Bildern

Sa situation et le petit déjeuner était complet.

Cons:

Chambre sombre un peu étouffante car elle donnait sur une cour intérieure. Mauvaise insonorisation. Impossible de se garer.

Pros:

Simply the best location, the room was spacious and confortable. They offered different pillows right from the checkin, which was a great touch, just for those who might like a bit more soft pillows. Breakfast was very good.

Espectacular
Pros:

Todo. El hotel está para 4 estrellas. El personal super amable. La habitación muy bonita y cuarto de baño enorme. Vistas al Teide desde la 5 planta espectacular. Cerca de todo.

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien en general. Las camas son cómodas, en la habitación no se escuchan ruidos, está bien ubicado y el desayuno muy fresco y bueno. La terraza es agradable y para tomas algo no es caro, se está muy a gusto. La piscina es pequeña pero no íbamos para estar en el hotel, con lo cual nos dió igual esto.

Cons:

Las piezas del baño no son viejas pero están desgastadas. Nada importante pero sí lo dejamos como sugerencia en el hotel. Aparcar por la zona lleva su tiempo. Hay un parking en el muelle pero está un poco alejado.

Great location, great staff, friendly, a great choice for a PdlC stay!
Pros:

breakfast was a buffet style, eggs, breads, pastries, as expected and met expectations

Cons:

maids were very noisy in the morning when cleaning on the same floor... I had to ask them to be quiet as I was trying to sleep

Pros:

El desayuno con vistas desde la terraza al Teide: te hacen tortilla o huevos sobre la marcha a encargo, no es extensivo pero tiene de todo y muy buena calidad y van cambiando a diario. La piscina estaba bien para darse un baño. El personal muy atento y servicial.

Cons:

Nos dieron 2 camas individuales en lugar de cama doble, nos añadieron un "topper" para unirlas y "compensar". Otra pequeña pega es que al estar en pleno centro tienes que aparcar a unos 10 minutos caminando, la primera vez que llegas mal, pero cuando en recepción te explican que tienes que aparcar en el muelle no hay problema sin solución ;)

The hotel is located in the Old Town, with easy access to many great restaurants. The staff is kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything you need. Also, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast was very delicious.

Pros:

Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker, jeden Tag gibt es Variationen. Man kann auf der Dachterrasse oder im Frühstücksraum essen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und angenehm groß. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Hotel en plein coeur de Puerto de la Cruz, à fréquenter pour de courts séjours
Pros:

Petit déjeuner de qualité avec possibilité de le prendre en terrasse, sur le Teide (quand il fait beau !;-))

Cons:

Nous étions en voiture et nous n'avions pas de parking. Heureusement, le personnel nous a renseigné sur un parking libre à proximité de l'hôtel (heureux qu'il ne soit pas payant! :))
