Little Disappointed on extra charges at hotel!
Pros:

We booked for one night, family of four, post flight into DWC, Dubai. On arrival I was told the room isn’t big enough for my family and I would have to pay for my children’s breakfast and a bigger room. As this hotel was booked through Hotels.com with our children’s ages included (13, 15yo), it appears that their is a disconnect between the hotel and the advertised price through the website. The hotel also didn’t respond to a query through the hotels.com messaging system. I paid 33% extra for room at hotel reception, be warned!

Our family of five, visiting from NYC, had an amazing stay at Studio M Muscat Hotel. This hotel offers the perfect balance of price, comfort, and service. The rooms were modern and clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. My two sons especially enjoyed the swimmjng pool.

A special shoutout to Operations Manager Itrat and staff member Ashraf, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. The level of service was beyond impeccable, making us feel truly welcomed.

If you’re visiting Muscat and looking for a well-priced, stylish, and comfortable stay with outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend Studio M Muscat Hotel!

The hotel itself wonderfull and its enployees are nice and very helpfull people

Its location is however isolated. 40-60 minutes to Dubai downtown. Not possible to stay there without having own vehicule or use huge amount of money on taxis/transport

EXTREMELY DIRTY HOUSE KEEPING
Pros:

We stayed at this property for 25 days and the house keeping would just make the bed and leave. We demanded that our room should be cleaned daily. We were told that’s only if you checkout as we don’t clean rooms daily for the long term guest. What a stupid excuse. I have travelled my whole life and never heard this before. Please don’t stay here. Trust me you will regret it

WORST HOTEL IN DUBAI
Pros:

This was my worst experience in dubai. I stayed at the hotel for total of 25 days. I paid for their daily resort fee in cash and a few days later I was told I never paid anything and asked to pay again. When I said I need to see the cameras to prove they got scared and apologized. Please make sure you pay for everything by card. They are scammers
