Our stay was great and I will stay there again during my next adventure to Japan
Pros:

I really enjoyed the pillow selection. They have a section in the lobby with just pillows that you can use during your stay.

Cons:

There wasn’t much we didn’t like about the property. The only negative I think would be that the sink is outside by the closet and only a roll down curtain separating you from the rest of the room - that blows back from the AC causing no privacy. This wouldn’t be a big deal normally but I was travelling with my brother.

Pros:

部屋がきれいだった

Cons:

早目に到着したため、チェックインを進められた。荷物を預けて観光に行き、チェックイン時間の少し前に荷物の受け取りに行ったが、まだ部屋の準備ができていないと待たされ…。
チェックインの人と荷物受け取りの人と分けて受け付けてほしい。隣にいた方はスムーズに受け付けてもらってた。
ちょっとした気遣いが不足。
