良かった
Pros:

駅直結でアクセス抜群、朝市が目の前など観光地へのアクセスがとても良くロケーションが抜群に良かった。またチェックアウト後の荷物の預かりシステムも利用しやすく良かった。

Cons:

チェックイン開始時間の3分前なのでチェックインできなかったがそれは仕方無いとして、その伝え方がまったく事務的で愛想が無く冷たかった。言い方があるやろ！と思った。

Pros:

朝食がお寿司でとても良かったです
ホテルのスタッフも感じ良かったです。

Cons:

おふろが混雑していて洗い場が並んでる状態でした。
お風呂はよかったです

Fabulous
Pros:

The staff were wonderful. Really went over and above you help us and exceeded our expectations. The hotel is modern and clean. The breakfast is very tasty.

快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございます！函館に行く時はまた利用させていただきます。
Pros:

立地が良く、観光にとても便利。
ホテルのスタッフ皆さんの気持ちの良い対応。
落ち着いたラウンジでコーヒーを飲む贅沢な時間
に癒されました。

Cons:

大浴場での外国の方のマナーがちょっと‥と思う事はありましてが、ホテルの責任ではないので。

Pros:

ホテルもとても綺麗で、大浴場もあってとても良かったです！とてもお得に泊まることができ、全ての点で価格を上回っていました
強いていうと、私が利用した部屋は朝方にメイクしようと思うと洗面台のところが少し暗かったので、メイク用の鏡を持参して部屋の中の他の場所でする、などするといいかもしれません。笑

Well located hotel
Pros:

The hotel was ideally located between the station and the fish market. Being able to choose your preferred pillow at “pillow corner” was excellent. The breakfast sushi was very good.

Cons:

The room was very small for two people - next time I would choose a twin room rather than a double as it was very difficult to find room to open suitcases and move around with two people in there.
