Hakodate and the JR INN was a highlight of our 3 week trip To ( mostly Northern ) Japan.
Pros:

Location couldn't be better if you are arriving by train.....literally next door to the station. Very central to everything else. The room had a great view from level 9, and was of a good size, unlike the minimalist one I'm typing this in.
The included breakfast was the BEST we've ever experienced. You might need to stay a week to sample all the wonderful sushi, sashimi and other seafood dishes. For westerners addicted to toast and cereal for breakfast you might struggle a bit.....Hakodate is a bit off the usual Tourist Trail on Honshu, so not as many gaijin up this way.
The hotel had the usual excellent staff, clean rooms, with the bonus of an excellent OFURO, which made my Japanese wife very happy.
Definitely one we would return to if we are fortunate to find the time to return to this interesting small and uncrowded city ( VERY different to most others)

Pros:

就在函館車站旁邊連通的，出站一分鐘直接到飯店，可以自己選枕頭但其實原本提供的枕頭就很好睡了！隔音不錯很乾淨舒適，窗外可以直接看到海港和摩周丸，大浴場也維持得乾淨，露天浴場可以看到海港和JR鐵軌，非常滿意👍

房間燈光有點不足，晚上比較昏暗
