大満足です。
Pros:

・受け付けの皆さまがとても親切丁寧に対応してくださった。
・駅と隣接している事で大変便利だった
・女子風呂のセキュリティがしっかりしている

函館站連通道直達旅館，下雨也不擔心淋濕。周邊美食很多，離便利商店也近，十分推薦。要是電視能連接youtube和Netlix就完美了。

Very convenient right next to station, we walked to the gondola which was around 30 minutes or so, close to fish market and restaurants

Very conveniently situated hotel close to all transportation.
Pros:

Location was walkable from the Shinkansen as it is part of the JR group of hotels. Staff spoke good English & they had good storage facilities for luggage. Priced reasonably.

Cons:

Room was small for 4 twin beds. No breakfast given in the price but there was Tully coffee very near that had western breakfast

Pros:

Very good reasonably priced room with a beautiful view over hakodate harbour , great lounge with also panoramic view over hakodate, would I stay here again, absolutely , room was spacious. Next door to railway station

Cons:

Only little complaint is maybe they need more lifts, gets quite congested in the morning
