Concise toy located and a clean and modern hotel

Located right next to the JR Hakodate station, easy to go almost every attraction.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One feature I really appreciated was the complimentary luggage storage service, available both before check-in and after check-out. The hotel provides a secure self-service luggage locker system at no extra charge, which was incredibly convenient.
Since the hotel is located directly within the JR Station complex, I could leave my luggage safely and continue exploring the city without any hassle. It made sightseeing much more enjoyable, especially on arrival and departure days.
Combined with its excellent transportation connections, this hotel is a great choice for travelers who want convenience, comfort, and easy access to both local attractions and destinations across Hokkaido.

The hotel is next to the JR Hakodate train station. We arrived via the airport bus and found out later that we could have gotten to the hotel front entrance quicker and easier if had gone straight through the JR train station. Check-in is on the machine at the lobby. There is a pillow library in the lobby along with amenities. The public bath and lounge with free coffee are on the 5th floor. The lounge overlooks the morning market with views of the harbor and Mt Hakodate. The room is small and difficult to accommodate 2 opened suitcases, but had everything we needed. Liked the mini-fridge and pajamas and the AC and shower worked well. We felt a slow swaying side to side from an earthquake at about 8:25pm, but it didn't seem to cause any damage or disruption to the hotel. The hotel is on the opposite side of the train station from the area containing the numbered bus stops, where we caught the climbing bus to get to the top of Mt Hakodate. The line to get onto the bus gets long, so you need to line up early. The Yamato Transport is located in the JR train station and we used it to forward our luggage to Sapporo. The train station has convenience stores, omiyage stores, snack shops, restaurants & convenience stores, with more of the same in the nearby shopping mall.

Our room was very clean and comfortable and we appreciated being able to choose our preferred pillows and the beautiful view of the harbour and mountains.
