Stay was great, for off-season; looking forward to return.
Pros:

The room was modern minimalist easy to access for mobility challenged guests. This location is close to the boardwalk, great restaurants, local transportation and is very walkable. Rose, property owner was courteous, available for questions and suggestions. Went during off-season so couldn't really gage the atmosphere for guests regarding noise levels, and pool was also closed. Would definitely stay here again.

The beds were not comfortable; futon type.

Pros:

The rooms were updated and roomy. The property was very clean - excellent staff!! The location was close to the boardwalk and several restaurants. I will definitely book here again!

Pros:

Everything was clean, the room was comfortable. We loved our stay

Cons:

The 2 room suite had one room that stayed freezing and the other was so hot. both rooms need their own ACs. And the kids were in the small room frozen, while the adults roasted. Not ideal.

The room was clean and nice. Could use lamps next to the bed. Good lighting in the bathroom.The hotel pool was good. Kids enjoyed it. Too far from the ocean for us.

I booked a room that according to the website it's a pool view room I got the parking lot view the lady at the front desk was very rude when I tried to tell her the type of room I booked I'm not the type of person that like to argue so I just tried to make my vacation the best in despite of the sutuation
