The service of the staff, especially at the reception, was extremely professional. Every time we requested something, we got it in less than five minutes, delivered to our room.
The room itself was spacious and beautifully decored, and the spa area was fantastic. The location is perfect, at walking distance from everywhere but still in a peaceful spot so you can relax after long eventful days. The omelettes at breakfast were great, and the “chocolate hour” was a really nice detail although we just enjoyed it briefly one day.
The hotel could reconsider the audience of the spa; the spa is adults only from 7-10am and 7-9pm. However, some families still came to the spa not taking care of the rule. The spa area is not planned for water games and shrieking, and it was impossible for other guests to enjoy the facilities in peace when there were kids and their parents taking up the whole pool, throwing balls, jumping on the pool etc.
The quality of the breakfast otherwise didn’t match with the general standards of a 5-star hotel. There could be more variety and quality. I was disappointed to notice that the juices were blanded with water.
Also, the layout of our room was a bit odd. We had Executive room, as we like to have more space for our luggage and so. However, there were no surfaces to lay things on or storage stuff. Having a closet in rooms adds practicality.
Aamiainen oli runsas ja monipuolinen. Kaikkea oli hyvin paljon tarjolla. Hotellin sijainti oli parasta, hiljainen katu eikä häiritsevää läpikulkuliikennettä.
Aamiaisella oli gluteeniton leipä heikkoa laatua. Toivoisin että hotelli voisi ostaa leivottua gluteenitonta sekä tummaa että vaaleata ja pakastaa sitä ja tuoda sitten aamiaisella ikäänkuin tuoreena leivän jota asiakas voisi vaikka paahtaa.
Aamiainen oli erinomainen
Pienestä parvekkeesta. Pöytä puuttui. Parvekelasit ja siisteys huono parvekkeella. Myös hotellin ikkanat pesemättä. Auton parkkeeraus kallis.
Comfortable, sparkling clean, nice room and facilities with spacious, beautiful bathroom. Excellent the SPA area. Good breakfast. Convenient location nearby the historical core, invasion quiet area. Comfortable check out time.
Perhaps the view from some sides of the hotel are not that spectacular, but itt is a minor thing. We will come back for sure
