Cons:

Das Frühstück am Sonntag Morgen war das reinste Chaos. Frühstück an ein Catering abzugeben kann nur einem Finanzmanager einfallen. Das Personal war hilflos und restlos überfordert. Ohne die Unterstützung der Dame von der Rezeption wäre hier gar nichts gelaufen. Damit kann man den Ruf eines Hause schon stark ruinieren.

Lange Wartezeiten am Frühstücksbuffet. Beim Einchecken wurden die Aushändigung der Frühstücksberechtigungszettel vergessen. Unübersichtliche innere Erschließung.

Pros:

Peter at reception was very friendly and helpful.
We stay at this hotel 2 or 3 times a year and are generally happy.

Cons:

1. Only one coffee machine for a breakfast room with at least 50 people is just ridiculous. In order to get a cup of coffee, you have to queue - and there are always at least 4 people in the queue.
2. You should make clear which rooms have single beds and which have doubles (i.e. two singles which can't be moved)

Pros:

Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Sehr zentrale Lage. Direkt am Rande der Altstadt. 500 m vom Bahnhof entfernt.

Cons:

War auf der Suche es gab ein Licht unter dem nachtschrank welches sich nicht ausschalten ließ. Wir haben unsere Koffer vorgestellt. Wir hätten auch durch entfernen die Stromzufuhr im Zimmer ausschalten können. Aber dann wäre alles dunkel gewesen

Für eine Nacht im kühlen Frühjahr passend
Pros:

Lage zentral, im hinteren Gebäudeteil mit Blick auf die Dachfläche des Komplexes ruhig. Innenstadt mit Dom fussläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Parken in der Nähe zu 2 Euro die Stunde auch für die Nachtstunden, Frühstück für 16 Euro zu teuer,

was ok

Cons:

- i booked an animal friendly hotel. It was booked online and clearly stated 56 incl pet. I also added in addition in the notes that I come with dog. At reception they confirmed the price of 56 and apologized because they didnt have any more dog beds. However, suddenly the next morning the changed the price of my room and said this would be the price for bringing a pet--> totally intransparent pricing and possibly even trying to trick guests into paying more by hiding it upfront.
- when i arrived the reception showed "i am currently checking out rooms", meanwhile that lady was smoking outside and even saw me looking for the entrance.
- i explained the issue to the hotel reception about the price intransparency. Despite awareness they stuck with their approach
- room was not worth the price
