Zentrales Hotel mit geräumigen guten Zimmern.
Pros:

Getränke auf dem Zimmer. Hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Tolle zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Zimmer war bei Anreise sehr schmutzig. Wurde nach einiger Nachfrage gereinigt. Frühstück um 9.15 Uhr abgefrühstückt. Obwohl Frühstück bis 10.00 Uhr! Nur auf energische Nachfrage gab es Nachschub!
Personal wirkte oft unterbesetzt/ überfordert.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nicht weit weg vom Bahnhof und in direkter Nähe zur Maximilianstraße. Die Lage war perfekt.

Cons:

Ich musste das Zimmer wechseln, weil sich im ersten Zimmer der Handtuchheizkörper nicht wieder ausschaltete.
Im zweiten Zimmer war das WLAN ausgefallen. Damit gab es da auch keinen Fernsehempfang.
Die Sauberkeit in beiden Zimmern war nicht so, wie ich mir das gewünscht und in diesem Hotel auch erwartet hätte.
Die Zimmer im 3. OG (Dachgeschoss) sind nicht so groß, wie man es auf Grund der Bilder erwarten würde.

Great spot in the city center. Parking garage close by. Friendly staff with easy check-in. Room well isolated against outside traffic. Hotspots in walking distance including the Dom and Technikmuseum (recommended!)

Pros:

Top Lage für einen Städtetrip. Comfort-Zimmer lag zwar zur Straße raus, war trotzdem sehr ruhig dank guter Schallisolierung. Klimaanlage gut eingestellt und intuitiv bedienbar! Zimmer geräumig, Betten sehr komfortabel mit leichter Sommerdecke und Kopfkissen in verschiedenen Größen, erfreulicherweise überall Beleuchtung wo man sie braucht und einen Schminkspiegel im Bad; das freut mich als Brillenträgerin immer ganz besonders. Personal immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Wenn die Regendusche zwischendurch einmal entkalkt würde, gäbe es die volle Punktzahl.

Cons:

Für Erstbesucher unbedingt den Hinweis deutlicher formulieren, dass am Hotel keine Möglichkeit zum entladen besteht. Parkplatz ist fußläufig nur 1 Minute entfernt und 24/7 überwacht. Allerdings mit 16€ pro Tag auch für Hotelgäste (keine Ermäßigung) nicht ganz günstig.

Zimmer war ausreichend und liebevoll eingerichtet. Billard am Abend mal was besonderes. Netter junger Mann am Empfang. Die Lage toll und das Frühstück ausreichend.

Cons:

Kein Duschgel,Zimmer bräuchte man wieder eine gründliche Reinigung. Aber für 1 Nacht drücken wir ein Auge zu

Parkplatz Situation ist zwar nicht anders zu lösen aber die Bezahlung ist eine Katastrophe.
Teilweise 3 mal am Tag den kompletten Tagessatz bezahlt.
Reinste Abzocke
Kein WLAN verfügbar.
Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage defekt.
Konnte keine Rechnung erstellt werden.
Beim Frühstück wurde kaum etwas nach gelegt dadurch bekam man einige Male kaum noch etwas vom Frühstück.

Vertröstungen hinsichtlich der Rechnungsstellung - ohne jegliche Eigeninitiative des Hotelpersonals, mehrfache Nachfrage nach meiner Rechnung selbst 14 Tage nach Ende des Aufenthalts erfolglos... IT-Probleme.... m.E. nicht nachvollziehbar
