Generally satisfied due to its location & breakfast (sahur) menu

Signage for parking is misleading, hard to find the signage for parking entrance especially for first timer guest.

We had a lovely stay
Pros:

Breakfast was adequate, wished they had low fat milk on my 2nd day ! Loved the location as we came by bus the CW5 so it was easy covered access all the way thru to your hotel. This 3rd stay we scored an early check in at 11.45am to our room. Happy reception again checking out at 12 noon. Recommended to our friends and relatives how easy and convenient to shops and restaurants nearby. Room was clean and well maintained .Ask for extra pillow and was instantly given when we asked we stayed at 2212 and 2311.

The room and staff service

Cons:

The breakfast was poor. Had to wait for clean plates and clean coffee cups
A bit dirty and messy in the restaurant. Some tables were not cleaned properly

Enjoyable and love the convenience of the location.
Pros:

The room is spacious and with good city view

Cons:

The toilet is not too clean and the toilet floor is not nice to step on. Feeling like greasy and feel slippery. The pillow is too soft even with the firm ones is still soft, hard to sleep in. The breakfast variety is too little. It will be great if can have more of local food allowing tourists to taste the nice local food.
