Convenient location
Pros:

It is near the train station and 2 malls. Also easy to get grab from location to other parts of JB.
Good spread for breakfast and friendly staff.

Cons:

Needs more staff at the restaurant for breakfast.

Comfortable and soothing.
Pros:

The whole place just feels so cozy and comfortable.

Cons:

It’s not the property itself, but the connection to the hotel from JB Sentral. Despite it being next door, it didn’t have an easy or direct access for wheelchair users to the mall where the hotel is located. Bad management from JB Sentral, City Square, and Komtar overall.

Pros:

L'hotel est très bien situé à coté de la gare de la navette de train. La gare est d'ailleurs directement accessible par une passerelle en passant par le mall, ce qui est vraiment pratique avec la circulation routière locale.
D'ailleurs cette passerelle permet de se connecter à une autre passerelle qui permet de relier directement la zone de la Marina avec vue sur Singapour (on y trouve quelques bars et restaurants).
L'accueil a été très bon et nous avons pu utiliser notre chambre dès le tout début d'après midi.
Le petit-déjeuner est correct sans plus.

Cons:

L'horaire de fermeture de la piscine est trop tôt (7 ou 8 PM)
Nous avions une chambre avec une porte communicante (fermée). L'isolation phonique n'était franchement pas terrible. Notre voisin toussait et on pouvait également suivre les discussions.

Will come again!
Pros:

The location was good as its very near to the citq square and komtar. Lots of eating place and it's very convenient. The workers are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Overall we love holiday inn!

Cons:

Only the transfer of lift going to our room... But it was OK actually..

The staff made a difference in this location (especially the staff in the picture)so we will definitely come back again
Pros:

Love the convenience of the hotel next to JB Sentral and the mall all within walking distance. The staff are exceptional from check in, lobby, restaurant and house keeping. The room is really nice and comfortable. Love the amenities in the room especially the lotion and conditioner from SOAK.

Cons:

We went to the pool area but unfortunately the steam bath was not working. The jacuzzi was also cold so we decided to skip the experience altogether since the pool was crowded at that time.
