Very comfortable stay for around one month. I want to give special thanks to Shimul, who took great care of the housekeeping. He was always polite, hardworking, and consistent with the cleaning. His service made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. Highly recommended!
The best location in JB! Very near JB Sentral and super easy walking distance, so there’s no need to take a Grab.
This was my first time staying here, although only for one night, and I really loved it. I’m very thankful to everyone — especially the front counter team during check-in, the staff assisting at the lift, and the housekeeping team. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and helpful.
I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone! ❤️

Central location at JBCC right across bridge from CIQ. Housekeeping did a fantastic job ensuring my room 2804 was clean. Staff were exceptional and went above and beyond - experienced Genuine warmth, friendly and extremely hospitable service especially Wan, Syamsul, Razak, Angel and Renee from front desk at check in. We were provided lovely ideas for sight seeing, 15% dining discount voucher at SKS and offered a welcome drink which was a nice touch in the hot weather while waiting for check in. IHG diamond ambassador benefits fully extended including room upgrade, complimentary breakfast as welcome amenity and 2pm checkout - Nice! Received a warm welcome at check in which left us with a very positive impression again for our return stay! Room was nice with a sea view and I especially loved it came with the free mini bar! Breakfast quality and variety was phenomenal - good local flavours and international variety. Marde, Nazrim were warm and friendly escorted us to our seats, took note and served our coffee prior to us enjoying the spread of breakfast buffet. Restaurant team also ensured food was topped up, plates were promptly cleared allowing us to enjoy the nice spread of food. Had a really nice conversation with the duty manager Hany who asked about our stay to ensure that there were no issues and we were well taken care of. All in all a wonderful return stay and will definitely be back!

From the moment we arrived, Wan at the front desk welcomed us so naturally, it honestly felt like coming home. And just as we reached our room, Tonmoy from housekeeping happened to be on duty, greeted us warmly and made sure everything was in order.
At breakfast, Haziq was just as lovely — he greeted us without hesitation and even checked in on how we were enjoying the food.
It’s the little things that made this stay so special. Everyone we met genuinely made us feel like family rather than just guests. 🥰
The room was tip-top too! Overall, such a lovely one-night stay. The only little touch that might make it even more memorable would be a nice signature aroma throughout the hotel.🌿

It was a great experience., fast and smooth check in, reception also gave us early check in which was fantastic!. Breakfast was great amd great service. Staff served curated pineapple mango drink which was fabulous! The fish fingers was excellent...very crispy and fresh!!!
