Hotel with good location.
Pros:

Great location.

Good customer service. Get to change to new room ( immediately ) when the previous room's fridge leaked water.

Cons:

Pillow thickness quality can be improved.

Breakfast range is not that wonderful considering the price of it. The range of selection can be improved to suit international standards.

My fav stay in JB!
Pros:

Bed n pillow is the best! Super.comfy and slept like a baby. Bathroom is great. Location is splendid n the buffet breakfast is a spread!

The property is strategically located. Easy to find places to eat as it’s right in Komtar.

Getting to the parking on level 7 is super scary and not for the faint hearted.
