Good overall nobody bothered me

It was a good stay for my 7 days the manager, (Marcus I believe is his name was phenomenal. maintenance was very helpful also the front desk was very helpful and nice.

Cons:

The smell in the hallways they could also redo the whole building but that’s not the workers fault lol

Excelente relación precio y ubicación si buscas ahorro en Cincinnati
Pros:

Excelente relación precio por ubicación y lo que ofrece la habitación en comodidad para un viaje laboral. El hotel esta en una avenida principal donde encuentras de todo por ejemplo: supermercado, gasolineras, restaurantes de comida rápida, rentacar y lavanderías.
La habitación tiene lo necesario si vas de trabajo, puedes cocinar y la calefacción es buena, considerando que fui en invierno.

Cons:

El horario de check in es limitado hasta las 6 pm, en mi caso llegue en un vuelo nocturno y eso fue una limitante ya que tuve que hacer el check in hasta el dia siguiente.
No me gustó que no tiene lavanderia en las instalaciones, hay una cerca pero con el frío invierno seria mas cómoda una lavandería en el edificio.
Mi habitación estaba en planta baja y el primer piso parece de madera, se escuchaba caminar al inquilo todo el tiempo y el piso era ruidoso como de madera crujiendo.
Habia rótulos de prohibido fumar cerca del edificio pero en las puertas de entrada y salida siempre había gente fumando todo el tiempo (incluso marihuana).

Didnt stay here book a room for the week it wasn't clean at my arrival and they turned me away

The location is nice they did not have the room i booked cleaned told me to come back next week

Pros:

I used booking.com and paid for seven nights stay, on the 6th night they came to my door and asked if I was checking out. I told them that I paid for seven nights and even had proof and they still insisted that I had to pay for the 7th night so when you pay for a week after using a discount through a booking agency they will screw you out of the day and make you pay again for the 7th night.

Pros:

The Onsite Management Team treated me horribly as a homeless Veteran. I had to leave after the first night and they refused to give me a refund for the remaining 7 days. I’ve never been treated so badly!!!!
