The friendly staff & how clean everything was. From the moment you walk in, you feel relaxed.

Cons:

The price was pretty high especially when the restaurant and pool were both closed during our stay.

Hotel and restaurant Great! Not happy with booking.com I feel misrepresented pricing!!!
Pros:

The room was wonderful along with the staff. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant which was very good!

Cons:

As there was Keg restaurant and other businesses close by the parking was very limited and we had a hard time finding a parking spot!

Almost 5 stars!
Pros:

Staff, cleanliness, conscience store good in the lobby, pillows, bed, everything was just perfect!

Cons:

Only thing I would say is that I’m a very light sleeper and you can hear a pin drop outside of the room since there are no white noise mechanics in the room ‘ie the bathroom fan or heater/cooler fan are very quiet which I’m sure was something that was well thought out and perfect for most … so it wasn’t a great sleep since I could hear doors opening and closing … other then that I couldn’t ask for more! Will definitely be back but with a white noise machine lol

Wonderful stay, wonderful room, excellent staff at Sudbury Hilton Garden Inn
Pros:

I really thought the staff were great...especially the concierge who checked me in and the waitress Joanne at their restaurant

Cons:

I did not like booking.com because i had cancelled this stay but you did not cancel it...so i landed up having a double booking.....but luckily Hilton Garden Inn staff were wonderful and fixed the double booking for me....so kudos to them and shame on you.....i will not be using booking.com ever again.
