Favoloso soggiorno
Pros:

Edificio molto particolare con splendido panorama sulla città di Chongqing. Il design delle camere è davvero bello. Abbiamo anche mangiato nel loro ristorante cinese, le pietanze ci sono piaciute. I prezzi del ristornante sono più alti della media a Chongqing ma comunque economici. La colazione è la chicca, con specialità locali e scelte più internazionali davvero fresche e buone.

Overall, it was a great stay with excellent service, despite a few minor comfort issues
Pros:

The hotel was excellent and met all of our expectations. Everything we were looking for was delivered

المكان و النظافة ممتازة ولكن موظفين الاستقبال غير احترافين في التعامل مع الزبائن

التجربه كانت من أسوأ الاقامات الغير مريحة لي أولًا تم اعطائي غرفه مفردة لي سرير واحد ممتاز وبعد أقل من 15 دقيقة تم استدعائي الي الاستقبال و تغير الغرفة بغرفة لي شخصين با سريرين وأنا شخص واحد سئلت عن السبب قالوا انت لست من ظمن المجموعة مع العلم انه لدي دعوة من سفارة الامارات العربية المتحدة في الصين مع العلم السعر نفسه لي الغرفتين و بعد يومين تم اخراج حقائبي دون إذن مني و إعطائي غرفة لا تليق بسمعة الفندق العالمي ولا تليق بي شخصيًا وعندما عدت كانت الموظفة تريدني ان إدفع لها عن الغرفة مرتين رغم أني دفعت لهم عند الدخول الي ان اقتنعت اني دافع بعد آن رئة اشعار البنكي با الخصم لم يكتفو بذلك تم الزامي بدفع مبلغ غرفتين نص يوم رغم انهم اخلو الغرفة التي كنت اقيم فيها و غرفة شقيقتي أيضًا وخصم المبلغ من الضمان الموجود وهو أصلًا .

Immaculate hotel with finest details taken care of from start to end. Must stay In intercontinental if u are in Chongqin

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, moderne bien équipée avec belle hauteur de plafond, très bien situé, et avec une vue magnifique même avec la chambre simple (city view). Très bon petit déjeuner.
Très belle terrasse.

Cons:

Le personnel de la réception est correct et sympathique, sans toutefois se démarquer particulièrement. Le bagagiste, en revanche, s’est montré nettement plus agréable.
Certains détails et petites attentions, attendus dans un établissement de ce standing, font malheureusement défaut. À noter également l’absence de lait végétal au petit-déjeuner.
Enfin, la terrasse présente des signes d’usure, les vitres sont déjà marquées et les arches métalliques paraissent rouillées.

Perfect in every aspect
Pros:

Room is spacious and clean.
Gym is great.
Wide variety of breakfast.
I visited the Chinese restaurant “Jing” twice during the 4-night stay as food is really excellent.
Location is perfect and with the best view of Chongqing.
In addition to all of the above-mentioned, the service is the key that makes the stay easy, comfortable and memorable. Staff are friendly, proactive, attention to details. All Customer facing staff speak good English. Highly recommend staying here 🥰
