Pros:

Отличный отель. Находится в очень хорошем раёне,рядом есть большие магазины,аптеки. Хорошая шумоизоляция,удобная кровать!!!

Cons:

Единственное что не понравился,это фен,его бы нужно заменить.

Lovely hotel located in the heart of Vake

Like returning to be with friends.
Pros:

Very convenient and well maintained. An impressive entrance with space and comfortable seating.
All the staff are wonderful, very friendly with a particular mention to the very special Goga (curly haired) and the team in the bar and food area. This is the fourth time I’ve stayed at this hotel so it must be good!

Раз через раз сотрудники норм на ресепшен. То звонили с наездом, что нам пора выселяться, при том, что два часа назад я продлила и оплатила номер, то не пытаются помочь в обычных просьбах. Иногда там норм сотрудники, иногда нет. Поработайте как-то над коммуникацией не отдельных сотрудников, а всех
