Overall, the room was clean, comfortable, and the location of the hotel was good. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room clean.
Unfortunately, the service did not meet expectations.
The housekeeping sta. were not welcoming, rarely smiled, and did not seem friendly. In general, the hotel lacked a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and I would not choose to stay here again.
The biggest disappointment was the absence of a concierge or anyone available to assist guests with luggage. There was only one luggage trolley available for the entire hotel, which was very inconvenient.
The receptionist was also not very helpful when we requested rooms next to each other, despite making the request politely.
Room service needs improvement. Our room accommodated three guests, yet only two bottles of water were provided each day. In addition, toiletries were not replenished consistently. While the room itself was clean, the overall guest experience was disappointing due to the lack of hospitality and

Хорошее расположения, приятное место в близи красивый парк, хорошие рестораны в номерах все нормально если не считать грязных окон. Уборку номера делали часто. Халаты и все принадлежности приносят после заселения. Завтрак хороший но много народу и очереди.
Девушки на ресепшене не приветливые делают вид что не понимают русского языка, не все конечно , были которые старались помочь. Так как в отеле большая загрузка по этому начинает хромать качество. Цена завышена для такого уровня отеля. 4 звезды, бассейна нет,к стоимости добавляют налоги и сборы и при такой цене завтрак не Включен
Дали номер для людей с ограниченными возможностями , без нормально душа , и ванны . И не предупредили что будет такой номер . Ужасный номер.
