تعامل بعض موظفي الاستقبال
لم يكن مهنياً ، ناهيك عن سوء الاستقبال والمعامله وعدم المسؤليه في اخذ زمام المبادره في مساعدة النزيل
لي 5 سنوات أتعامل مع الفندق ، لم اجد سوء التعامل هذا من قبل . مع عدم التعاون والمساعده حتى لو بالكلمه الطيبه
