Cómodo
Pros:

Me quedé por tres noches, la cama cómoda y las instalaciones bien pero debería mantenerse mejor . Uno de los recepcionistas fue amable al cambiarme mis fechas de estadía ya que cambiaron mis planes de viaje. Fue flexible y se adaptó a mi cambio de fechas.

Cons:

La primera noche de mi llegada otro recepcionista no fue amable, no me brindó los datos del wifi , no fue muy comunicativo, pedí comida a la noche y hubo problemas de comunicación. Esa noche no cené y tampoco el hotel de ofrece agua gratis, debes comprarla . (Aclaro porque en toda mi estadía por la India , casi 2 semanas , en todos los hoteles que estuve me ofrecieron agua sin problemas .)

Pros:

Nice staff, comfortable rooms, and hot water in the shower. We had one room facing the street and one facing the garden. The street-facing room got quite hot due to the extra sunlight and had noticeable noise from outside. So if you can, request a room facing the garden.

Cons:

I wouldn't really call it a backpackers place. Not really a social vibe even though there is a roof top and a common area you can enjoy. I don't think that they have dorms.

Pros:

Quartos bons e ótimo custo-benefício. Equipe amigável do hotel, com destaque para o gerente, Manish, que foi muito atencioso.

Cons:

Eu acho que o café da manhã poderia melhorar um pouco, e ampliar as opções de comidas.

Eu fiquei em dois quartos, e em ambos, tive problemas para ligar e desligar a televisão.

Pros:

They upgraded our stay into suite stay because the booking we did for a hostel stay was occupied by other guests.

Cons:

The cleanliness could be more better. Small houseflies were always there in the room.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good room. Washing machine available. Delicious food.
Pros:

Quiet room, comfortable bed, good shower in the en suite bathroom. Washing machine available, with airers for drying clothes on the roof top terrace.
Location just outside the city walls.
Staff were extremely helpful especially as we had to change our dates a couple of times.
The restaurant produces excellent, freshly cooked and tasty dishes for breakfast and lunch. As it was Christmas time we had buffet breakfasts on two mornings which were delicious.

Pros:

La salle de jeu avec babyfoot, échecs et carambole. La chambre est spacieuse, confortable et au calme. La terrasse où l'on peut manger est agréable.

El internet es muy muy malo
Pros:

El servicio es agradable y la habitación es grande con cama cómoda. Hay una nevera afuera para enfriar agua. La ubicación es buena, queda cerca de muchos restaurantes buenos, de lugares que venden lassi y cerca del Hawa Mahal (10 minutos en tuk tuk).

Cons:

Tenía una reunión importante y el wifi no funcionaba en lo absoluto y me tocó conectarme con datos.

excellent and spacious family room
Pros:

Location is inside a busy market area, parking is available on the road. Safety of the vehicle could be a possible concern. the property is freshly renovated and has some teething issues, which I believe the management will look into the same. The Restaurant is not fully functional as of now... but work is in progress, in room services like kettle and cups were missing but were provided on request. Staff especially Mr. Manish the manager was very accommodating and helpful.

Cons:

Water provided was filter water in plastic bottle placed in the common room fridge, could have been replaced with bottled water / mineral water. WAS expecting a room with a Double bed with Bunk Bed for kids, but had to be satisfied with two large and spacious Double Beds, (not a great issue for any complaint) it just lowered my excitement since I could not surprise the kids with that.
