We enjoyed the room and amenities. The bed was comfortable but needed an extra blanket.
Pros:

Location was close to places we were going to.

Cons:

Shower door lets water outside the glass onto the floor and bath mat. The design looks nice but not practical. This is the second time we have had this happen while staying and end up with a wet floor/ mat.
Drafty while eating breakfast since it is open to the front door area.

It was OK. We stayed there in the past and found it more pleasant than this time.
Cons:

Staff wasn't the most friendliest. They seemed to not want bothered. We called to get help after we got off our exit because the road was closed. Our GPS couldn't get updates. When we called for directions, we were put on hold for sometime. We called back after waiting awhile. Staff was rude.

Our go to stay for Opera House concerts
Pros:

Staff was friendly, competent and informative, we felt welcome at the hotel.

Cons:

I am old school and still like an ice machine on my floor but the purified water system near the lobby is a bonus.

Minimalist hot shower and a good night's sleep.
Pros:

New in 2025, Yes this is a minimalist hotel. Our first stay at a Tru. Room was clean, Bed was comfy, HVAC quiet, shower hot. Far from a resort... you will get a good night sleep and a hot shower if you are traveling and that is all you need. Located near many stores and shops, you should be able to find just about anything you need close by.
