Amazing stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Sapa, Vietnam. The breakfast was very good with a great variety of options to start the day.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff, especially Lucy, Elan, and Jimmy, who were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay.
The hotel itself is very nice, with comfortable beds and amazingly soft linens that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring.
Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa

موقع الفندق في مكان جميل وهادئ وايضا نظافة المرافق والغرفة والحمام ، والموظفين محترمين جداً ومتعاونين ومن اسباب نجاح الفندق

Great stay with lovely staff.
Pros:

We booked a mountain view room with a balcony and the views were exceptional. Staff were very helpful and friendly. On our last day there we checked out after breakfast for a journey back to Hanoi. Even though we had had the breakfast at the hotel the staff still brought us a little bag of food for our journey - so thoughtful!

We loved our stay at My Gallery Boutique Hot & Spa!! We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel, service was great, rooms were very nice, staff were very helpful with ideas of what to do. There was also massage facilities available. The food at breakfast was good. A wonderful stay, thankyou!!
