Pros:

Beautiful view + dozens of restaurants only a short walk from the hotel. Staff were extremely friendly, I would definitely come back!

L’emplacement, un peu excentré et moins bruyant, tout en permettant un accès au centre de sapa à pieds, la vue des chambres

Cons:

Le ménage et l’état des chambres pourraient être améliorés, il y a des taches sur les fauteuils, les tapis, les finitions des joints dans la salle de bain sont bâclées..ce sont de petits détails mais cumulés ils finissent par avoir une importance. L’hôtel est bien mais je pense que vous pouvez avoir mieux en terme de rapport qualité / prix.

Well worth the money!
Pros:

Although the hotel isn't situated at the top of the hill you do get an amazing view from the balcony - and even the bed. It's a quick taxi to the top of the hill to the town centre. Awesome staff! Thanks for the parting gift with snacks for our bus journey.

Cons:

Just a suggestion; maybe use some new mops or tile cleaner in lobby for a fresh smell as you enter the hotel.

The location, the staff, and breakfast is decent. Our room is on the 5th floor and facing the Fansipan Valley so we enjoyed the view and can clearly see how the fog moves in and out of the valley.

Mesmerizing SAPA
Pros:

The view from the balcony was awesome, breakfast were incredible good and the stuffs in the breakfast buffet were very supportive and also gives us water and food for our hanoi journey

Exceptional Stay – Outstanding Service and the Best Breakfast of Our Vietnam
Pros:

We travelled throughout Vietnam and stayed in several five-star hotels, but this property exceeded our expectations in every way.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Sa Pa town centre, and everything advertised in the description accurately reflects the property. The hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

The staff were outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and homely as possible. Their genuine hospitality made a lasting impression.

The breakfast was simply the best we experienced during our entire trip to Vietnam. There was an excellent selection of fresh, delicious food, and the quality was exceptional.

What truly sets this hotel apart is its customer service. After we checked out, the staff kindly allowed us to freshen up before our journey back to Hanoi. They also provided us with complimentary snacks and bottled water for the trip. This thoughtful gesture perfectly reflects the outstanding level of care they show their guests.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sa Pa and would not hesitate to stay here again!
