Pros:

The staff were super helpful and the hotel is very well located, near Moana and only 1.5km walk to the city center. Breakfast was pretty good. Overall, it was very good value for money

Cons:

Overall it was great! There was an annoying mosquito in the room, so maybe a mosquito repellent in the room can be helpful.

Excellent Place to be at Sapa

Our experience was amazing thanks to the confort and good service at My Gallery! They are so kind and support you in everything (Tours, transportation, bookings, even cleaning your shoes after a long trekking)
The locatio is ideal and close to evrything!

The staff were amazing - nothing was too much trouble and they helped us with arranging transport- I’d say the only down

The location was at the bottom of the road (quiet) with a really close walk to shops , restaurants etc

Pros:

L’emplacement était top, vue sur la montagne et à 10minutes à pied du centre ville.
Rien à dire que la litterie; le petit déjeuner est copieux avec beaucoup de choix

Et surtout le personnel est à l’écoute réactif et adorable !!
