Nice comfy room to relax in after trekking.
Pros:

Massive bed and the blankets were super comfy. Staff were so kind and prepared me a breakfast for my morning bus to another city. Overall the staff made the stay great!

Such a good hotel!! Nice location, amazing staff. We loved it, would stay again!
Pros:

Nice room, very clean! The balcony was super nice as well. If it is not foggy and you ignore the construction site in front of the hotel you have nice little view!
Good breakfast (small buffet and you can order any type of egg you want!) and also they offer laundry services and scooter rental!
Also the bed was amazing! So big warm and fluffy, perfect for the cold temperature in sapa!
The staff were always present and so welcoming, super nice people.
Location was a little further away from sapa center, (so you either have to love walking up a little hill for +-20 minutes or rent a scooter/order grab every time) but it made it a little more relaxing coming back to the room after a busy day.
When we left they helped load our luggage into the taxi and even gave us a little bag of pastry’s and water for on the road (so sweet!)

Cons:

We liked a lot!!
One small thing i noticed: the shower door didnt close properly (the door kept coming into the shower cabin which made sure water got out into the bathroom)
And also we got a call from the reception on our last day, quite late at night (about 11pm) asking to return the scooter key, after asking him to wait a second so I could talk to my partner he hang up and a moment later he was at our door ringing the doorbell. Wasn’t angry or anything, he was very nice, but still it felt a little weird to us…😅

Lovely stay in Sapa
Pros:

A beautiful, relaxing and clean room. The staff were so kind and accommodating, and even gave us snacks for the road when we checked out late at night. Highly recommend!

Pros:

Отель расположен на окраине туристического района - тихо, без суеты, но требует всякий раз решать проблему транспорта. Мы эту проблему решили, арендовав машину.
Номера комфртные, завтрак хороший. Персонал компетентно ответил на все наши вопросы
