Breakfast area was very well kept, coffee system was excellent , orange juice was not diluted. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Our room had some drywall work done on the ceiling. The plaster was never sanded nor painted also in the bathroom in the shower area.

It was a large, spacious room, pretty comfortable. Was a lot of money for just one person for one night though

The night time front desk manager was SO welcoming and made me feel safe immediately!

Cons:

There were crumbs both under the top sheet AND on top between that and the comforter.

It was clean. Everyone was friendly and I just didn’t really enjoy this. Stay there and I would recommend it to anybody and I would stay there again.

Newly renovated and comfortable
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious! Sausage gravy and biscuits, bagels, pancakes, and cinnamon rolls that we couldn't get enough of!

One of the staff members at the front desk brought his poodle to work and we were in love with Paco!! Poodles are hypoallergenic and don't shed much. Seeing his friendly little face was such a treat! I would stay there again when we're in the area just to see the dog!

Cons:

We stayed two nights, and our room wasn't serviced in the morning, so we had to make do with two towels and washcloths.

I think there were a bunch of construction contractors staying there as well, because there was mud on the common area floors (such as a first floor hallway and both elevators) that stayed there for the parts of three days we were on the property. It was like the property didn't have enough staff, or the staff had to hurry so much they couldn't do a great job. A lot of that is on the guests to clean their footwear too.
