That they had locks on the doors

Cons:

Horrible location! Heard gunshots 3 nights in a row. Loud music bumping and people partying all night and nothing was done about it. People live there so they don’t clean the rooms or even supply anything you need. Toilet paper, towels , trash bags. You got to get your own. Just felt very unsafe. No one is ever in the office to help you and it’s always locked.

Very unhappy and want my $$ returned

Cons:

Booked 3 rooms two months in advance, with two separate confirmations. Once got there, found out they gave two of rooms away (during big event, so got more $$). Very unprofessional

Still have not received refund after more than a month
Does not respond too messages, email, voicemails.

Irresponsables, no había nadie en la oficina y nos tocó esperar 1h y nadie apareció nos tocó pagar otro apartamento y encima nos cobraron 2 noches cuando la negligencia fue de ellos. Fatal.

Dirty rooms had to buy my own mop. Beds were so hard made you back hurt so bad.

Pros:

Good place clean for the most part just soo much cigarettes everywhere and the smoke. Even though i was told the property had rules against smoking with fines, noone seemed to get fined. Also they have security but the guy literally walked to access points than left.

Pros:

No tiene gente que hable español. El cuarto no era igual a las imágenes. EL check-in fue pésimo. Empleado de mantenimiento maltratante. Check out fue peor. Lugar no muestra seguridad. Había muchos usuarios de drogas en el area. De hecho la policía arresto un hombre en las instalaciones. De noche se escucharon tiros de armas de fuego. No tratan bien
