A night w my babe is always great. Great,
Pros:

Being with my boyfriend and just enjoying the night. The breakfast is always good. The rooms are always clean. Overall a great experience per usual but the staff associate Izzy didn’t make the initial experience a good one at all. I was very disappointed.

Cons:

I go to the Holiday all the time and I’m a member. This was a last minute booking which I booked on bookings.com. I paid for a king suite but was advised when I got to the property by the staff member that bc I booked a standard room he couldn’t gv me a king handicap accessible room. He wasn’t accommodating at all. Very rude and even when I asked questions he showed no interest in trying to help in any way. Although that’s my hotel I’d choice I’ll probably go elsewhere in the future.

clean room but poor service
Pros:

rooms were spacious and clean

Cons:

TV channels didn't work and staff didn't sync the room/name information needed for wifi login until the day after checkin. Staff was informed of both problems but they didn't resolve either.
