Super 8 by Wyndham Wapakoneta

Front desk worker was rude and short. asked for first floor for ADA husband and was put on second floor even though only 10 cars in parking lot. hallway reeked of nicotine and marijuana even though it is a non-smoking hotel. Window in room was open and room was freezing and smelled like smoke. comforter had holes in it and sheets were old and dingy. Checking out the door was locked to lobby and had to put keys in overnight window then check out by website.

Extremely hot in building, rooms were even warmer. This made for a very uncomfortable arrival. Went to use the AC and the filters were filthy with what looked like a year or 2 worth of dust. Only 1 lamp worked in the room. Blackout curtains do not serve their purpose. Pillows squished flat, bed was not comfy and very spring like. Blankets were very thin.
Only 2 plugs in room. Very hard to find place to plug phone chargers in.
Carpets stained and dingy. Toilet is extremely small and low to ground. Almost like a child's potty training toilet. Small TV. Staff was not too pleasant.

Late check out available for extra charge.

Good amount of parking spaces.
They contact you through text message to ask about rating your stay and what time you will be checking out. (Not sure if that is a good thing or intrusive)

We had a very late check in, front office closed, used side entrance
Room is very clean, minimal towels for 2 ppl, room lacks charging usb outlets, not alot of accessible outlets in general

The rooms were clean and ok. The breakfast was not continental breakfast as advertised. Staff could've been a little more friendly.

Pleasantly surprised how clean it was for less than $100/night. It provided the needed rest on our journey. The bed was firm which we like. Disappointed there was no coffee in the room and lobby was locked when we returned at 11 pm.

The hotel and room was as expected - clean and comfortable- and the staff was super helpful. However, it was advertised to have a free breakfast. Part of the value of a hotel is the free breakfast for our family. They offered only coffee and juice -not breakfast. This was very disappointing and frustrating.

Easy access from the interstate. A lot of good restaurants near by.very quiet area.

Dated. But no bugs. Brkfst was a cup of orange juice and a granola bar.

I was disappointed.. advertised a breakfast but they only had juice and coffee.. what would be wrong with fruit or muffin… or don’t advertise a breakfast.

Our original room had a toilet leak, we were moved to a new room, immediately. The stay was nice.

Stayed at this hotel for a couple of times prior. It was decent. Some areas like the bathroom needs upgrading...but otherwise OK. Quiet location back from the I-75 The breakfast was not prepared or looked like it was going to open . So we left at 7:15 and went to McDonalds across the road for our coffee and breakfast.
