Almina Inn Hotel

Sicuramente la struttura ha una posizione centrale di fronte al Gran Bazar...ma il di fronte è dopo aver scalato una salita ripidissima,ma cmq Istambul è un po' tutta così.I dintorni sono molto scadenti ma cmq non c' è alcun pericolo. Personale molto gentile e colazione ottima con tanta scelta. La mia stanza era

We checked in and almost immediately checked out. The woman at the front desk was incredibly kind and accommodating, but unfortunately, the rooms and location did not meet expectations. The photos on the Hotels.com listing were misleading. Our room overlooked a courtyard filled with trash and surrounded by rundown buildings.

Our niece’s room had visible mold and a broken window that was stuck open. Although she was eventually moved to another room, the process was unnecessarily difficult and the owner was unhelpful. The elevator also wasn’t working consistently in the short time we were there, which added to the overall frustration.

While the staff member at the front desk did her best, the overall condition of the property made it uncomfortable enough for us to stay.

The manager and customer service were terrible.
The mattress and the bed were in poor condition. One of the blankets was with two holes. The cleaning was not good. They offered me to change the room on the third day. We did not sleep well on the first night. We did not want to take the chance of not sleeping well again on the second night. We checked
out and they did not reimbursed me. I notify Expedia of all this.

Çözüm odaklı. Çalışanları güler yüzlü, temiz ,nezih bir yer. İsteklere pozitif yaklaşım. İstanbul'a tekrar gitsem yine tercihim aynı yer olur.Resepsiyonist Burçak hanıma özellikle güler yüzü ve ilgi alakası için ayrıca teşekkür ederim.

Otelde 3 gece konakladım çok güzel vakit geçirdim sabah kahvaltısı, konumu, çalışanların ilgilenmesi herşey güzeldi.

Vänlig personal.Bra frukost.Nära spårvagnar och lät att hitta.Det finns fina restauranger samt affärer i närheten.

Diese Unterkunft gefällt mir sehr die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und nett. Das Frühstück ist auch Mega und voll immer wieder gerne.

Hotel is clean and rooms well maintained. Air con takes a while to get cold because you need a key card to operate it and you only get 1 key card per room. There are 4 rooms per floor and the stairs are very narrow but the hotel is boutique and space is a premium and dont expect lots of room it is convenient and practical for the location. It can be noisy with the walls not being soundproofed.
If you are on the 4th (top floor) then you need to be aware that there is no lift which stops at the 3rd floor.
Breakfast is good and fresh watermelon and fresh bread is a treat. Tea and coffee is really good.
The walk up to the bazaar is very hilly but busy. The actual street feels like a back street but safe.
Staff are really nice and doesnt feel like a 2* hotel.

Sehr schmutzig,balkon tür kapput,bad verstoppt,kein tribkbecher,klebrige fußboden,wlan ausfall ständig,haare in marmelade,altes brot zum frühstuck,säfte aus kanister...

The best thing about this is the location & they had decent breakfast. That's all. Elevator gave out 4 days into stay. A/c was set to LOW ( from their side), tiny rm with sideways walking ONLY & THAT was the triple rm! I dreaded ending the day knowing we had to come back here. Just no.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer guten Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe leicht erreichbar. Das WLAN war am ersten Tag sehr gut, jedoch an den folgenden Tagen extrem schlecht.

Consigliamo questo hotel. Piccola struttura ma essenziale per visitare la città. Posizione comoda per raggiungere sia con i mezzi che a piedi i più importanti luoghi di attrazione .Colazione continentale e con prodotti tipici locali. Il personale è molto gentile e professionale.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially with arranging our transportation to the airport. The included breakfast was also a great perk and very good. However, the bathroom could use some maintenance, and the refrigerator in our room was quite dirty, making it unusable.

Très chouette hôtel avec des personnes à l'accueil tres tres gentilles.
L'hôtel est vraiment bien situé.

A lovely small Hotel close to all amenities, restaurants, the Grand Bazaar and all main public transport stations. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless and towels changed daily. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and incredibly helpful. The breakfast was fresh every morning with a good selection of food. Nothing was too much trouble. A great place to stay. Definitely a 10/10.
