Pros:

The location and property are beautiful. Nothing goes perfectly when traveling but how staff responds to challenges at a hotel makes all the difference. This hotel's staff was exceptionally responsive in making our stay wonderful.

We stayed in the family apartments.

We liked the hotel's excellent location, its beautiful private lakeside beach, and the fact that the apartments were spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed

Cons:

we did not like that the family apartments were located quite far from the hotel's private beach. We also found the level of maintenance and cleanliness to be only average, and felt that the outdoor areas around the buildings lacked proper landscaping and upkeep.

Pros:

美しい湖畔にあり、ホテルレストランの食事も美味しく、目の前にVierwaldstättersee の湖船の停留所があるので大変便利です。おかげさまで、Rigi山にも簡単に出かけられました。

Cons:

あまりありませんが、強いて言うなら　シャワー室が少し狭かったかな？

Exceptional hotel with first class staff.
Pros:

We arrived on Sunday afternoon and were immediately made feel very welcome. Check in was professional and efficient which was good as we were travelling with a 4 month old baby who was ready to be fed.
Our rooms are excellent, well appointed with stunning views over the Lake.
Breakfast has been first class and as I’m vegan I wasn’t overly optimistic but the chefs have been exceptional and produced a very tasty hot breakfast every day. We have had food from the restaurant and it has all been really first class.
This hotel is beside the ferry terminal for the many boats going up and down the lake hourly.
I could not recommend this hotel strongly enough. If you’re travelling on your own book room 509 as the terrace is amazing.
All staff are so friendly and helpful and cannot do enough for us.

Très beau séjour dans un coin de paradis
Pros:

L’appartement est bien équipé, confortable et très propre. L’endroit est magnifique, la plage est fantastique. On mange bien au restaurant.

Cons:

J’installerais des parasols et un étendage à linge dans les appartements du rez-de-chaussée et je proposerais plus de choix sans gluten.

Había lo suficiente para desayunar.

Cons:

El servicio del restaurante. Pésima atención, demoraban mucho tiempo en traer los pedidos.
