On reservation of a «Studios / Apartments» in our adjoining apartment house, the «breakfast» is CHF 35 per person/Night upon request and availability.

If your looking to be a bit isolated
Pros:

The swimming area was lovely and the room clean.

Cons:

The food in the cafe seemed very over priced for what it was but the food was good and well made. The location is great to the boat but it is far from everything else including the super market. Our biggest issue was the smell in the room still unsure what it was but it was unpleasant and lasted all 3 nights. The hotel was nice and clean but I don’t think we would stay there again on personal preferences.

Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht!
Pros:

Die Lage am See ist phänomenal, auch der Tagungsraum ist einmalig mit seinem Ausblick auf den See. Der hoteleigene Strand ist auch sehr schön angelegt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück entsprach nicht meinen Vorstellungen, es wurde auch nicht regelmäßig nachgefüllt und dafür durfte ich 35 CHF bezahlen, was in keinster Weise dem übrigen Standard des Hotels entspricht.
Offensichtlich war das Hotel während meiner Anwesenheit personell unterbesetzt, weshalb wir am Abend im Restaurant 40 Minuten auf die Bestellaufnahme und insgesamt eine Stunde auf die Getränke warten mussten. Das Essen hatten wir dann nach 90 Minuten.

Really crazy that this can be a 4 star hotel.

Cons:

Everything. Airconditioning did not work. They left our bags and medication locked in our first room where the airco did not work. We could not get our bags or medication or dogs food for 1.5 hours. Airco in second room also did not cool.

Perfekte Lage am See, sehr gute Küche

Cons:

Personal teilweise nicht serviceorientiert, nicht kundenfreundlich. Störende Vibrationen im Gebäude über Nacht haben die Nachtruhe gestört, ebenso Reinigungsarbeiten frühmorgen (an einem Feiertag) nach 6 Uhr. Nicht wirklich schallisolierte Zimmer, Lärm von nach Mitternacht ankommenden Gästen war gut zu hören. Alles nicht ganz dem Anspruch und Preissegment entsprechend. Auch die sehr einfache Ausstattung des "Fitnessraum" ist weit hinter Erwartung und Standard.

Herrliche Lage sehr freundliches Personal. Wir sind mit Hund angereist und das Problemlos. Top.

Cons:

Wir wollten am Sonntag den Geburtstag meiner Mutter feiern. Das habe ich der Reception gemeldet. Sie wollten den Tisch dekorieren, eine Karte und Kuchen vorbereiten. Das ging leider komplett unter.
