Lovely Place, Would go there again
Pros:

Excellent Breakfast, Fabulous location, Beautiful Alps & river view from the room & the smiling team. Lucerne boat station is next to the hotel, Hotpot & Sauna, Clean neighborhood, Easy access to Lucerne by Ferry.

Cons:

No other restaurants nearby, On d way to Lucerne, in 6 km from hotel, beware of very overpriced Chinese restaurant (paid 100$ for one person dinner), More tourist info required at reception

We were due to stay here 15th to 20th Feb but i found out purely by chance because i asked about the restaurant that the entire hotel is closed during the above dates! I booked it back in October and had no communication since to say there was any issue, there was no apology or accountability by the hotel, they hadnt told our travel agent or anyone that they are closed. We would have got there on 15th and been stranded with nowhere to stay with an 8 year old too! Theres nothing on their website to say its closed either so beware, ts awful and unbelievable that they havent told anyone, so im trying to warn people to check if you are due to stay here so you dont arrive to a closed hotel!
