Overall Great Hotel
Pros:

I liked how friendly the staff was. The hotel was very neat and well kept. The breakfast was awesome!

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that they closed the pool down at dawn! If I'm paying my money I should be able to enjoy whenever the hotel offers at any time! Also, my husband left his keys in our room and left the hotel key in the room so we couldn't get back in to retrieve them. We asked one of the housekeepers if she could let us in the room to grab our keys and she said she didn't speak English! Please hire staff that understands and speaks English!

A great place to stay
Pros:

Everything,it was very nice and clean and quiet

Cons:

The ice maker doesn't work on the 5th floor but other than that I loved everything about this hotel and will definitely go back again when I am in Charlotte,N.C
