Pros:

I like that the staff at the front checkout was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was good, and the hotel itself was excellent.

Wonderful experience
Pros:

I loved that it was so clean, I am a manager over Environmental services myself, so I appreciate when people take pride and care in their jobs! Excellent housekeeping! Kudos to the staff!

Modern, clean, comfortable hotel ideal if visiting Carowinds
Pros:

Modern, clean and comfortable chain hotel. Good facilities such as pool, free parking, breakfast. Located away from the centre of Charlotte convenient for Carowinds and had a great family evening in Topgolf which is walking distance from the hotel
