Nice looking hotel but was not impressed with valet services as I would think they would be exquisite like how the hotel

Fireplace in lobby was nice. Restaurants were nice.

Cons:

Valet parking staff could have been better. They lost our car keys twice so we had to wait until could locate them.
Restaurant food was decent but very salty

It was a a wonderful staycation. Highly recommend it.
Pros:

We enjoyed complimentary coffee every morning. And then got a homemade roll from the little deli that was amazing.

Pros:

The remodel of an historic hotel.

Cons:

Cleanliness was lacking especially around pool, there was scum on tile all around the pool and the concrete around the pool looked as if it was soaked in oil. This should be unacceptable to the clients you are trying to target.

Overpriced and under delivered.
Pros:

It was okay.

Cons:

The cost of the room is quite expensive, so I expect some free accommodations.
Coffee in my room the first thing in the morning.
Parking is terrible. If you have that many rooms, then make your accommodations bigger. And charging extra for parking is not making it better.
Pool was packed. Again, if you have that many rooms, then you need bigger accommodations.
Obviously, the street repair isn't your fault, but it certainly doesn't help anything.

Great, charming hotel! Can’t wait to stay again, and hope to get in earlier to enjoy more of it!!
Pros:

Loved the restaurants/bars, pool, and the beds were comfy!

Cons:

The bars with the tree closed at 10 on a Thursday night. Shower took a long time to heat up and water pressure was low.

Excellent friendly and welcoming service! Comfy beds. Awesome historic styling. Free morning coffee and evening cocktail and just a beautiful historic building with a lot of history.

Cons:

Required valet. We were in and out a lot and it was totally unnecessary.
