Pros:

L’emplacement était parfait.

Cons:

Les personnes à la réception n’étaient pas du tout agréable et souvent absente. Pas d’eau chaude ,nous l’avons signalé mais rien a changé. Les carreaux de la piscine se décollent et il n’y a que 4 transats .

Cons:

Pas d eau chaude dans la douche , toilette bouche pas non plus d aide ou de consideration de la part du personel a tel point que seulement a notre retour a l hotel vers 23.00 h nous avons du aller chercher 1 technicien pour reparer il n a pas reussi. Même 1 coussin pour dormir nous n anons pas pu recevoir!

Completamente disgustada con el de la recepción el día que llegamos , el aire acondicionado muy regular y mi esposo tuvo

El servicio del recepcionista el día que llegamos , mala actitud, descortés . El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y piden q no se baje la temperatura , máximo 21 y la verdad es que no ayuda mucho en ese calor , el recepcionista subió y no dio solución , tiene una pésima actitud de servicio .

The only positive was the location - conveniently close to the ADO bus station, restaurants, and shops.

Cons:

We had a very negative experience at this hotel. From the start, we were asked to pay in cash due to an alleged technical issue. Despite multiple requests in person, via Booking.com chat, and by email, the staff refused to provide any receipt, invoice, or proof of payment.

The room was not cleaned to the standard shown in the photos, and the toilet was blocked for most of our stay. Although we reported the issue early, it was only fixed on the third night of a four-night stay. The hotel refused to change our room, and the only alternative offered was a basement room.

Communication throughout was poor, with inconsistent information and repeated refusals to let us speak with a manager. To make matters worse, the hotel later marked our reservation as a “no-show” and cancelled it on Booking.com, despite us staying there for the full duration.

Overall, the service felt extremely unprofessional and stressful. We would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

Pros:

The location was great, local enough to get to 5th Avenue and the beach, but also not in the middle of everything either.

Cons:

The property was quite run down and needs some maintenance and care, for instance net curtains being ripped, the rooftop area needing some maintenance, just general wear and tear. The aircon was also dripping water, although we chose not to move rooms, from reading reviews on google, it’s clear that this is a recurring issue.

Muy buena ubicación, a unos minutos de la 5ta avenida, cerca de la playa, a una cuadra del walmart, el.espacio del cuarto es bueno, la atencion del personal muy buena, tiene una buena relación precio calidad.

Cons:

El rooftop esta un poco descuidado, creo que solo ese punto lo encuentro negativo, en general disfrute mi estancia en Meliora

A localização é excelente. Muito próximo de um terminal ADO, Coco Bongo, Walmart e Quinta. É limpo e o staff é muito gentil e prestativo. A cozinha é bem equipada e dá para cozinhar e preparar um ótimo café da manhã. O terraço tem uma área muito agradável com piscina.

Cons:

Tivemos 2 problemas em nossa estadia. O primeiro foi a falta de pressão da água, que foi resolvido assim que foi comunicado à recepção, que nos ofereceu a troca de quarto.
O segundo foi que, no quarto para o qual fomos, a luz principal do banheiro não estava acendendo. Comunicamos a recepção duas vezes, sendo que na última foi oferecida uma nova mudança de quarto. Como já havíamos trocado uma vez e a luz do espelho estava funcionando, optamos por permanecer.
Não dou 5 estrelas porque entendo que falta um serviço de manutenção mais eficiente.

L’emplacement ainsi que les équipements ! Très pratique d’avoir eu la petite cuisinette. L’hôtel et la chambre étaient propres !

Cons:

Très bruyant. Lorsque les clients du haut déplaçait les chaises sur la céramique, le son nous réveillait, même avec des bouchons…
