Pros:

Emplacement proche de la 5eme avenue et des commerces.

Cons:

Le réceptionniste qui était particulièrement désagréable.
Du bruit tard le soir avec la place avoisinante ou il y a des animations tous les soirs.
Nous y étions pendant le carnaval. 5 nuits avec de la musique à fond jusqu'à 3 heures du matin !!

Posizione abbastanza centrale dell’hotel un po’ defilato dal caos della 5 avenue

Cons:

Il condizionatore funzionava male, faceva un gran rumore e molto caldo. Avvisato in reception hanno armeggiato un attimo ma non hanno risolto niente (sicuramente sapevano del guasto). In un hotel di 4 stelle, oltre a questo inconveniente già inaccettabile, almeno una bottiglietta di acqua all’arrivo é sicuramente gradita

Very disappointing stay – do not recommend
Cons:

Considering the large number of positive reviews, our experience was honestly surprising and disappointing.
• We were given a printed paper saying parking is free - picture attached.
• At check-in, we asked again, and the receptionist confirmed it was OK and even checked our parking from the window.
• The next day we received a 600 MXN parking fine.
• At reception, a different staff member did not care at all and said the parking is “under maintenance” and that we should “know the rules of Mexico”. No responsibility taken.

Other major issues:
• No real hot water in the shower — only lukewarm, even after waiting as instructed.
• Toilet did not work properly, flushing was a problem. We had to use toilets in restaurants and bars.
• Kitchenette sink tap was constantly dripping and impossible to stop.
• Staff attitude was indifferent and unhelpful.

Misleading information, poor maintenance, and zero customer care.
We definitely do not recommend this place.

Pros:

Le toit sur la piscine et la présence d'un lave linge.

Cons:

Manque d'hygiène et de propreté, canapé taché qui ne donnait pas envie de se poser dessus.
La pression de l'eau était vraiment faible ce qui rend compliqué de se laver correctement les cheveux et l'eau n'était jamais chaude.

Ordentliches Appartement in Nähe des ADO.
Pros:

Gute Ausstattung und Größe des Appartements. Nur 3min Fußweg vom ADO Busterminal

Cons:

Barzahlung in Pesos/US bei Check-In. Wurde erst 1 Tag vor Anreise angekündigt. Dachterrasse mit Pool nicht wie auf Fotos. Zustand etwas abgenutzt.

Bra läge men räkna helt och hållet på gymmet.
Pros:

Läget är toppen, nära till det mesta men ändå tyst på nätterna.
Bra med eget kök; stor frys och kyl. Två spisplattor och mikro som funkade bra till att fixa med frukost.

Cons:

Jag gillade inte gymmet, jag skulle absolut säga att gymmet inte är i drift överhuvudtaget utan det är som ett bortglömt förråd. Vi skaffade gymkort på Worlds gym istället under vår vistelse.

Perto do supermercado e longe do barulho das vias principais. A piscina roof top é ótima para relaxar. O quarto super confortável.

Cons:

Não poder fazer late checkout sem pagar 20 dólares por hora e ainda só poder ficar até as 14h. Poderia ser uma cortesia extender até as 14h sem custo. Poderiam ter avisado que o terminal de ônibus fica a uma quadra. Para quem vem do aeroporto de Cancun é uma opção super econômica, mas ao deram a opção de traslado de taxi que é bem caro.

Great place and great location.
Pros:

Such a great location! The room was perfect, comfy bed and pillows! The pool was amazing!! A chill pool, with different heights to chill in! We loved it.
