From 15 April 2022, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, and shaving gel will no longer be provided. Also, starting 17 October, all toiletries, such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, and hand soap, will be changed from 40 ml single-use bottles to 300 ml dispenser bottles.
Please note that the fitness center, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, sauna and retreat spa are closed on the last Wednesday of each month, except for July and December.
The use of outdoor facilities may be restricted due to the hotel's internal circumstances, bad weather, or rain.
From January 2024, they will be closed on the last Wednesday of every month.
During the peak season, from July to August, daily access to the pool is limited to 1 time per person.
Please note that you are required to wear a swim cap when using the pool.
The swimming pool is available for all ages (Children must be accompanied by adult guardians)
Children aged 16 years and below are not permitted to use the Fitness and Sauna facilities.

Regular closure of fitness centers, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, saunas, and spas on the last Wednesday of each month (July and December operating normally. The day off may change without prior notice depending on the hotel situation.

The amenities, bathroom design, view of the ocean
Amazing stay! Very comfortable rooms - if you can book the rooms with ocean view. Very clean and they have Dyson hot dryers:) I really appreciated that. Perfect location - we could do our morning runs along the beach. Breakfast - delicious.
The pool areas well heated. The guest lounge with free champagne and snacks every evening, and free coffee tea etc throughout the day.
View from the room not the greatest. Prices of food and drink very expensive so we always went out to eat.
The room offered views of both the lake and the beach and was very spacious and well-appointed. The terrace was a pleasant place to enjoy the beach views. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, though it was not inexpensive. Dinner at the two-Michelin-star restaurant was a delightful experience. My wife and I really enjoyed it — it's a very pleasant hotel where we felt well taken care of.

Poor service not fitting for a 5 star hotel. Having come from the Josun Palace in Seoul we had high hopes do this hotel. The management of the hotel should stay at the Josun and learn what 5 star service is. Everything was an opportunity to charge guests more at this hotel. Be ware of they book anything for you the prove seems to double. Only place on Korea I felt like I was in a tourist trap. At 11.10am we got a call asking why we were late checking out. Never experienced this before.
At the lounge restaurant which claims to be run by a Michelin star guest we were 1 of 2 tables and each of our meals came 15 minutes apart so it meant each of us of a family of 4 ate alone over the course of an hour. Which was made worse by the fact one of the meals was a fried rice that was cold and taken from the nearby buffet ! Buffet was overpriced and felt like eating in a canteen. The bakery in the lobby did have excellent pastries and coffee to be fair to them. Also be mindful you can’t swim in the pool without a swim cap (which they sell of course- why not provide reusable free of charge ones like the Josun ? ) or use the sauna if you have any tattoos.
