Regular closure of fitness centers, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, saunas, and spas on the last Wednesday of each month (July and December operating normally).
The day off may change without prior notice depending on the hotel situation. The use of outdoor facilities may be restricted due to the hotel's internal circumstances, bad weather, or rain. During the peak season, from July to August, daily access to the pool is limited to 1 time per person.
Please note that you are required to wear a swim cap when using the pool. The swimming pool is available for all ages (Children must be accompanied by adult guardians)
Children aged 16 years and below are not permitted to use the Fitness and Sauna facilities. Pool bar operation hours: 12:00 to 19:00 (Last Order at 18:00) Operation Hours and Duration may change depending on the hotel's operational circumstances.

Perfekt hotel med skønne værelser og senge. Virkelig flot morgenmad, poolområde og fitness. Rigtig god beliggenhed.
The location, the grandeur and opulence of the communal areas, such as the lobby. The rooms were really nice and comfortable with great amenities, such as the remote control curtains.
The price was pretty high and a lot of the other services and lounge/bar areas were very expensive.

Location - Great Location
Too clinical & bland, restaurants not that great, closed at 9pm on. Saturday, breakfast no alacart option, they refused to give an extra single duvet saying chargeable as an extra bed. Too expensive for basic amenities.
The hotel is beautiful, modern and exceptionally clean. We especially appreciated the outstanding service provided by every member of staff. The cleaning crew did an amazing job and were super sweet.
The complimentary afternoon refreshments were also a lovely touch and, together with the kindness of the staff, made our stay particularly memorable.
As this is a large hotel, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options catering to both Western and Asian tastes. I particularly enjoyed the pho station.

We stayed here for 3 nights as Americans and expected the luxury and service given when staying at a 5 star hotel. The room was nice and the facilities were great, however we often felt isolated as foreigners. You were only allowed to enter the pool once a day and breakfast was very expensive and not worth the price. When sitting down for breakfast, we got up to get food and another couple sat down in our seat and stole our spot. This caused the staff to make us move, not the people who took our spot and then never served us our coffee or tea. We felt like we were a second priority there and that was not a fun experience especially in a 5 star hotel.
