From 15 April 2022, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, and shaving gel will no longer be provided. Also, starting 17 October, all toiletries, such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, and hand soap, will be changed from 40 ml single-use bottles to 300 ml dispenser bottles.

Please note that the fitness center, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, sauna and retreat spa are closed on the last Wednesday of each month, except for July and December.

The use of outdoor facilities may be restricted due to the hotel's internal circumstances, bad weather, or rain.

From January 2024, they will be closed on the last Wednesday of every month.

During the peak season, from July to August, daily access to the pool is limited to 1 time per person.

Please note that you are required to wear a swim cap when using the pool.

The swimming pool is available for all ages (Children must be accompanied by adult guardians)

Children aged 16 years and below are not permitted to use the Fitness and Sauna facilities.

Rates vary during the special period, so please contact the hotel in advance.

Regular closure of fitness centers, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, saunas, and spas on the last Wednesday of each month (July and December operating normally. The day off may change without prior notice depending on the hotel situation.

Pros:

The duty manager Jason Jang turned my experience around, went above and beyond to ensure my celebratory experience was not only salvaged, but improved. The rooms and all the premises of the hotel are spacious, sparkling clean and beautiful. Ocean view room is incredible, but Mipo harbor view is also beautiful.

Cons:

I was there to celebrate my 40th birthday, and certain shortcomings happened due to miscommunication between me and my husband and the hotel. As stated above, however, since I let the hotel know of how I felt about it, they more than rectified my experience.

wonderful South Korea
Pros:

South Korean are very nice, kind, we felt so comfortable. Everyone is smiling and trying to work the perfection and give their best. The city is clean, there is common sense, you have a sense of comfort

Pros:

The location was good and fairly clean. The view to the harbour and town was nice but not all the rooms are orientated like this.

Cons:

They block about 600000krw - aprox 350eur as a warranty and 20 days later the amount is still blocked despite they apparently reverted this transaction...So take care about dealing with this hotel!!!

Fabulous beach few days.
Pros:

The hotel itself was beautiful the beach the location is gorgeous. We eat at the Chinese restaurant one evening and had wonderful food.

My full name is Catherine but it is Kate on booking.com and I had booked through booking.com. Therefore. the name of my passport and the name on my booking was different. The young woman who checked me and wanted me to go back to booking.com and have them change my name on the reservation. She stated that this was the law and required by government in South Korea. I had just stayed at the JW Marriott in Seoul. My Bonvoy Marriott name is also Kate and though they commented on the difference. I had no problem and certainly nobody tried to put me through hours of inconvenience. I pushed back and the young woman took care of it, but I really did not appreciate that. She would happily allowed me to spend hours trying to get through to booking.com to change your name and my reservation for what seemed like capriciousness. I firmly believe in following the customs of the country that I’m in. From now on, I think I’ll make sure that not just my airline tickets but also any hotel booking services that I use are in my full legal name.
