From 15 April 2022, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, and shaving gel will no longer be provided. Also, starting 17 October, all toiletries, such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, and hand soap, will be changed from 40 ml single-use bottles to 300 ml dispenser bottles.

Please note that the fitness center, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, sauna and retreat spa are closed on the last Wednesday of each month, except for July and December.

The use of outdoor facilities may be restricted due to the hotel's internal circumstances, bad weather, or rain.

From January 2024, they will be closed on the last Wednesday of every month.

During the peak season, from July to August, daily access to the pool is limited to 1 time per person.

Please note that you are required to wear a swim cap when using the pool.

The swimming pool is available for all ages (Children must be accompanied by adult guardians)

Children aged 16 years and below are not permitted to use the Fitness and Sauna facilities.

Rates vary during the special period, so please contact the hotel in advance.

Regular closure of fitness centers, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, saunas, and spas on the last Wednesday of each month (July and December operating normally. The day off may change without prior notice depending on the hotel situation.

Прекрасно обученный, приятный , вежливый персонал отеля. Сервис на высочайшем уровне! Понравились спа процедуры и массаж. Живописный вид из бассейна. Богатый выбор вкусных блюд на завтрак. Изысканный дизайн интерьера. Прям из отеля можно выйти в торговый центр с магазинами, ресторанами. 5 минут пешком до Blue line park (совет для тех , кто хочет прокатиться индивидуально на маленьких разноцветных вагончиках вдоль моря : билеты лучше покупать заранее в интернет сайте)

Cons:

Немного неприятный запах от ковров в коридорах между номерами на 10м этаже.

Cons:

Over rated, over priced, no rooftop pool (just level 6) which had minimal beds, and no sunlight until afternoon.

Saunas was extra cost! Can you believe that. And gym facilities although nice and equipped. I was told I could not use due to having tattoos.

Tatsächlich das beste Hotel, in dem ich bisher war! Super tolle Lage , super sauberes Zimmer,das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand! Wahnsinnig toller Service und Personal, sowas habe ich noch irgendwo erlebt ‼️Chapeau an alle Mitarbeiter! Concierge unglaublich hilfreich- Koffer Service von Busan-Seoul kostet ein Drittel von dem, was die unfreundliche Concierge im Ryse Hotel uns angeboten hat!

Amazing Concierge Staff and a Great Stay

We had a great experience at the Signiel, elevated by the superb care and assistance of the concierge team. Special thanks go to Dane, who was so kind and thoughtful, and made our stay so seamless. The nature of our cross-country bicycle trip involved a significant amount of extra logistics and Dane went above and beyond to help us with all the arrangements in an obvious show of care and consideration. You have your choice of 5-star hotels in Korea, but frequent travelers understand that 5-star facilities are not necessarily synonymous with 5-star service. We had a 5-star stay in every aspect at the Signiel. Highly recommended.

Beachfront Living
Pros:

Luxury at its finest. The staff here are exceptional.
We had a Mipo harbour view which was incredible and worth the additional price.
The bathroom was luxe with a separate shower (with Diptyque products and rain head) and bath (please note if you need a separate shower you need to specify when booking, as our other family member only had a shower in the bath). The bed was firm and comfortable. Lots of usb connections beside the bed. Great tea and coffee options. Our room also had access to the Signiel salon lounge which has drinks (alcohol in the evening) and limited snacks on offer (sweet biscuits, grapes, pretzels).
Breakfast was extensive but there are very limited hot food options for vegetarians. The fried rice, noodles etc all had meat.
There are three pools - indoor, outdoor and heat pool. Must wear cap and cover tattoos.
Location was excellent with walking distance to the sky capsule and Haeundae beach and traditional market.
Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, well located - the lounge always seems busy during the complimentary drink period
Pros:

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was very luxurious and well located. There was a shopping mall attached to the hotel itself which was useful and the beach was also very close. Very clean and the room was well equipped with cables, expensive body care products in the bathroom and remotes to control the blinds / curtains.

Cons:

They had a lounge with complimentary champagne between 5 - 8 pm but we were only there for 2 nights and both nights we went, it was full. This was disappointing as the hotel is more on the expensive side.
