From 15 April 2022, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, and shaving gel will no longer be provided. Also, starting 17 October, all toiletries, such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, and hand soap, will be changed from 40 ml single-use bottles to 300 ml dispenser bottles.

Please note that the fitness center, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, sauna and retreat spa are closed on the last Wednesday of each month, except for July and December.

The use of outdoor facilities may be restricted due to the hotel's internal circumstances, bad weather, or rain.

From January 2024, they will be closed on the last Wednesday of every month.

During the peak season, from July to August, daily access to the pool is limited to 1 time per person.

Please note that you are required to wear a swim cap when using the pool.

The swimming pool is available for all ages (Children must be accompanied by adult guardians)

Children aged 16 years and below are not permitted to use the Fitness and Sauna facilities.

Rates vary during the special period, so please contact the hotel in advance.

Regular closure of fitness centers, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, saunas, and spas on the last Wednesday of each month (July and December operating normally. The day off may change without prior notice depending on the hotel situation.

The dreamiest stay!
Pros:

My mother and I stayed in Signiel Busan in May for two nights and we had the most magical experience from start to finish! In fact, it was one of the biggest highlights of our 10-day trip travelling around Korea.
The room was beautiful, luxurious and comfortable with the most stunning view of Haeundae beach. We were greeted by the loveliest staff at Concierge and I specifically want to thank Ye na (Bella) for the warmest welcome with a Signiel tea and snack and the upmost level of professionalism. Signiel had the most glorious breakfast (with a coffee bar and the freshest ingredients!) and dinner, both of which had a wide variety of cuisines and dishes. We also visited the lounge for afternoon complementary drinks and snacks in with stunning view in a peaceful space. The staff at Signiel are at an exceptional level of customer service with high calibre care to the guests. My mother and I will remember our stay here for the rest of our lives and I cannot wait to return in the future! Thank you for a truly unforgettable experience.

It was in the perfect location—incredibly convenient, comfortable, and above all, the view was absolutely breathtaking. The service and food were top-notch, and everything was spotlessly clean. In my 35 years of traveling, this is hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Excellent location, modern, and incredibly affordable
Pros:

I booked this hotel based on the reviews for a one night stay in Busan and I see now why it came so highly rated. The location is amazing, right on Haeundae Beach, so close to a lot of restaurants, beach trails, and shopping.

The lobby is gorgeous and I love the salon where light refreshments are served all day long.

We got a double bed room, ocean facing, and it was spacious, modern, and very clean. The bathroom is also stunning with a full tub, separate toilet room and shower.

I am sad we only booked one night here and when I return, I’ll definitely stay here again!

Signiel Busan was a great choice for a luxurious and stress-free visit.
Pros:

The hotel is on the quiet end of the beach. Area is safe and has a calm atmosphere.
We had the most comfortable stay at the hotel - staff were all courteous, kind and willing to help. We loved having it as our home-away-from-home while in Busan.
