Very good!
Pros:

The property was very clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was very good and room was large.

Cons:

Would have liked to be a bit more central in Collingwood to be able to walk to shops etc.

Nice rooms and very clean property

Cons:

Morning front desk staff was rude. Asked for late check out in the morning as per the evening staffs direction and the lady in the morning bit my head off for even asking
