I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The swimming pool on the 8th floor is beautiful with a great view. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The room was cozy, and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for 6 nights and the facilities were good. You have a pool at the rooftop, gym and sauna. I didn’t have the breakfast though.

The room was clean daily and fresh towels were given but mattress was a bit hard for me.

The hotel staff Novem was fluent in English and very helpful if you have any questions on how to get around.

It is a bit of a walk to the main road. There’s a free shuttle every hour that takes you to the BTS Asok, MRT Sukhumvit and Terminal 21 which is a giant shopping mall.

Near the car park there is a coin (10 baht) washing and drying machine so that’s a bonus.

Kong is amazing! Ive had the best time here. The best hotel in Bangkok! Ive stayed here many times before. 😊😊😘😘☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

Ive stayed in this hotel 3 times before. Highly recommend! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and has a great gym and pool. I love the yoga studio next door: The Green Room, and restaurant Luka is very good! There are also a few good massage places closeby!

It’s the perfect location for shopping, stayed, business and travel. 2 mins from 7-eleven. 8 mins from main road and Emsphere. Good service. Cleanliness. Shuttle bus service to BTS that’s so good. Reasonable price! Highly recommended!

Hotel has a good location, 7-10 min walk from sukhumvit, close to the malls, Emsphere and Emquartier.

Hotel rooms are super clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. Erik helped me with a smooth check out in the middle of the night. Thank you and see you next time.

The room was compact but very clean, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The only downside was the auto-sensor door alarm—early one morning around 3 AM, a nearby room’s door wasn’t closed properly, and the alarm kept ringing for 5–10 minutes until I called reception. Thankfully, they resolved it quickly. I think that would be great if they could request clients to close properly before they leave the room.

The pool is not that big, but has a beautiful view and is a nice spot to relax. Breakfast was average—not a huge selection, but it was okay generally.

What really stood out was the friendly staff and the free shuttle service. Although the hotel is a short 7–10 minute walk from the main road, the shuttle made getting around easy. Can call to reception in advance to book this.

Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in the city center near restaurants, shopping, and public transport. Very convenient location!
