Great value for the money
Pros:

The first great impression of the hotel was its lobby: elegant and serine, with two huge glass walls that connect it to the lush gardens outside. Our room was very specious, quiet, nicely decorated with attention to detail. Breakfast buffet was excellent; Check-in and check-out were smooth; the hotel staff was great throughout our stay.

Pros:

Location is convenient and hotel also provide a free ride to BTS Chit Lom. I like that the swimming pool is until 10pm so i can enjoy a proper night swim.
The room was comfortable and i like the overall ambience of the hotel. Service was smooth and professional.
Hotel lobby is modern yet warm, with a calm and luxurious atmosphere.

Cons:

the pillow is too soft but they offer a range of pillow menu, im just too lazy to request for it ;p

Pros:

The hotel care in every details since pre-arrival until leaving. They even have a list of various pillows to choose before visit. The spa is unique with 5-7 treatment options (water treatment, Thai massage, hot stone, hammam, etc). In-room services staff is 24/7. I remember the staff name Son was really nice to me.

From the moment we arrived at Sindhorn Kempinski Bangkok, it was clear this was going to be a special experience. Travelling as a family of four with two young children (aged 8 and 9), we were genuinely impressed at every turn — and that's not something we say lightly.

We stayed in an Executive Twin room, which was spacious, beautifully appointed, and struck the perfect balance between comfort and elegance for a family looking to relax and recharge.
Service Beyond Expectation
The level of service here is truly something else. From the concierge to every member of staff we encountered, the warmth and professionalism were consistent throughout. A very special mention must go to Dee at the Executive Lounge — an absolute gem. She went above and beyond to ensure our family felt welcome and at ease, even stepping out of her way to help us resolve a laundry issue outside the hotel. She handled everything with grace, efficiency, and a genuine smile. She is the kind of staff member who elevates a great hotel into an unforgettable one.

Pool — A Family Highlight

Unlike many hotels in Bangkok where the pool can feel overcrowded and chaotic, the pool here was a haven of calm. At a safe 1.3m depth with a lifeguard on duty at all times, it was perfect for our kids. What really won us over was the attentive poolside service — the moment you settle into a sun lounger, staff are there with fresh towels and ice-cold water. A small touch, but one that makes a big difference.

Breakfast — Simply Phenomenal

The breakfast spread is on another level entirely. The quality of the food is exceptional, and the standout moment was being served a whole aromatic Thai coconut — a beautifully considered touch that felt both indulgent and authentically Thai.

Wellness & Spa

We booked into a couple of Pilates classes and made use of the stunning spa facilities. Both were world-class in every sense — professional, serene, and thoroughly rejuvenating. It's rare to find wellness offerings of this calibre in a hotel setting.

Final Thoughts

Sindhorn Kempinski Bangkok has set a new standard for what a luxury family stay should look like. Every detail is considered, every member of staff is exceptional, and the overall experience left us genuinely moved. This is easily the best hotel we have stayed at in Bangkok, and we will absolutely be returning on our next visit to this wonderful city.
