Close to popular destinations and clean facilities
Pros:

Facilities were exceptionally clean. I used the gym and they had two benches, three treadmills, one row machine, one upright bike, a few mats, dumbells, medicine balls, water bottle/water fountain, clean towels, paper cups, and paper towels within station. Room was exceptionally spacious. I didn't really use the TV except to use for background noise. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was huge and they use Dove soap, shampoo, and conditioner which was nice. Hand soap and lotion available by the sink area. Breakfast had good selections for a continental breakfast from milk, yogurt, three kinds of eggs, turkey or pork sausage, diced potatoes, cinnamon roll, breakfast blueberry muffin, toast, automatic pancake maker, a few selection of fruits, and oatmeal. It was a definitely decent breakfast! Microwave and a small fridge within the room. Ironing board and iron also available within the room. I got a message stating that construction is happening within the site during my stay which was appreciated and I'm glad that I didn't hear anything at all either. Staff was exceptional and helpful! Hotel was a walk for nearby popular destinations around the area. Facility was clean all over! Express check out by just dropping off your room key on a box. Check-in was quick and easy too.

Cons:

No coffee maker although there's 24/7 coffee and hot water area by the lobby. Ice machines only worked within two floors. One part of the room by the TV didn't have working outlets. Only a few areas to sit around for breakfast but you can take your plate back to your room at least. Other than that, no other inconveniences!

Great place for an overnight stay.
Pros:

Staff was very nice. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Close to Summerfest Grounds so we were able to walk there and back.
