I was glad to stay at Tru hotel and all it accomodations to customer service.

Pros:

Nice property with a very nice employee.

Cons:

They said they didn’t get my reservation, but after arriving at 1am with infant children and after a 6 hour drive, the very nice employee found us rooms to stay in.

Cons:

Im still waiting on my refund.
They were unable to get us checked in because of their system being down. So we opted to go to another hotel. We had been on the road for 8 hrs. They called 4 hrs later to tell us the room was ready.

All good except the beds
Pros:

All was good for what I paid except the bed

Cons:

The beds were awful! One bed felt like it was going to collapse with the creaking noises it was making. The other bed had the worse mattress I’ve ever tried to sleep on. Not one comfortable spot. Time to get rid of it!!!

Nice hotel, friendly staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. The room was very bright and clean.

Cons:

The wallpaper had 2 large, obvious chunks ripped out of it and I was surprised it had not been repaired.
