Em comunhão com a natureza
Pros:

Adorámos tudo! Os funcionários foram super atenciosos e simpáticos, uma disponibilidade e atenção totais. A localização é maravilhosa, tem uma vista excecional para o Vale, o rio Zezere passa mesmo ao lado do hotel, o viveiro das trutas e o centro interpretativo do Vale glaciar fica a 2 minutos a pé do hotel. Optámos por meia pensão e a comida foi em formato buffet, com diversidade diária. A piscina exterior coberta é ótima para os dias mais frescos e tem uma área para as crianças e bebés. O jacuzzi tem vista para o Vale e sentimos que estamos em plena comunhão com a natureza. Para além do parque infantil, tem uma sala para as crianças em formato kids club (informaram que tinha estado uma animadora, mas durante a nossa estadia não esteve) e existem menus infantis. Para quem gosta de caminhadas existem vários percursos pedestres. Recomendamos a 100% de queremos voltar.

Gostei de tudo . Desde a entrada até á saída. Sempre disponíveis e a simpatia de todos os funcionários é maravilhoso.
O pequeno almoço é ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Depois de fazermos o chekaut pudemos ficar a usufruir da piscina. E foi-nos dado toalhas.
O local é lindoooo.
Voltaremos sem dúvida

Cons:

A única coisa a apontar é o preço das bebidas. Acho um exagero . Mas em quase todos os hotéis é assim .

More of a children’s resort than a 4-star villa. Due the constant screeming and screetching not a moment of peace.
Kids with rubber bands in the "normal" pool when there is a kids pool. Capacity of sunbeds low and at 10am all occupied and not really another place to lay down than the ground.
If you love kids its great .. otherwise misery.

Simpatia e profissionalismo do staff, limpeza, a variedade e qualidade do pequeno almoço.

Cons:

Preço/ qualidade do buffet do jantar. O facto das piscinas para adultos e crianças estarem ao lado um da outra e fechadas o barulho natural das crianças torna-se muito incomodativo e o facto da política do hotel no que concerne á limpeza dos quartos ir até às 17h o que levou que um dia dias querer tomar banho por volta das 15 h e não haver toalhas limpas
