Pros:

Excepcional! A localização é muito boa e o Hotel dispõe de todas as comodidades. Está super bem integrado no Vale Glaciar o que faz com que estar junto à piscina a contemplar a Serra seja uma experiência genuína e muito agradável. Todo o staff é de uma atenção e simpatia notáveis.

Pros:

Завтрак шикарный. Объедались манго и свежевыжатыми соками. Посреди гор, очень атмосферно.
Парковку предоставили бесплатно, хотя на сайте указано 10 евро.

Cons:

Странная система с карточками на полотенца в бассейн. Их нужно обменивать на полотенца, а потом возвращать обратно — очень неудобно. Если боятся, что полотенца украдут, то проще унести их из номера.
Не работали ни хамам, ни сауна. Непонятно, что они подразумевают под СПА? Только бассейн?
В СПА нельзя с детьми. Само по себе это не проблема, но непонятно, где их оставить. В бассейне вышка спасателя пустовала два дня, поэтому оставлять детей одних было боязно. Как это вообще должно работать — не представляю.

Chambre très agréable . Petit déjeuner buffet exceptionnel . Dîner avec buffet d’ entrées et buffet de desserts très variés . Mention spéciale pour la mousse au café ..!!!

Perfect hotel. Very nice stuff. Great spa zone. Bike friendly. 11/10)

Cons:

Everything was very good. Just add water dispenser near the spa as some people are lazy to go for a water. It is a good tone for any spa with saunas.

Hotel calmo, muito confortável. Quarto espaçoso, com ótimas condições. Piscina exterior acolhedora e cuidada. Pequeno almoço completo, bom jantar buffet no restaurante.

Cons:

Água da piscina interior um pouco fria.

Gostei imenso da piscina exterior, água quente. Jacuzzi no exterior fantástico, apesar que precisa de manutenção. Pequeno almoço agradável.

Cons:

Acho a experiência de banho um pouco dececionante, chuveiro fraco. Para o hotel que é, merecia melhor. Achei o buffet um pouco pobre para o custo por pessoa. Sugiro também criarem uma plataforma junto às rochas à frente da piscina, para momentos de meditação ou descanso. Ouvir a água naquele espaço tem um potencial incrível
