Pros:

L emplacement de l hôtel, la gentillesse et la bienveillance du personnel. Nous avons apprécié également l espace détente ainsi que l ambiance générale. Merci aussi au personnel qui nous a pris en charge pour un moment de détente lors de notre massage en institut. .

Boa localização e excelentes equipamentos de piscina e ginástica.
Pros:

Quarto espaçoso e banheiro confortável, box grande.

Cons:

Melhorias na iluminação e ter um outro piso que não carpete. E faltou pastel de nata no café da manhã.

Cons:

Apesar de sabermos que ficava no meio de nada, a viagem de lá até apanhar a autoestrada leva hora e meia sempre em curvas. Mas isso nada impede de la voltar.

Family hotel- not for couples or work.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Beautiful views.

Cons:

This is a family hotel and is not advertised as such, which is fine but let guests know. I stayed for work/with my partner- kids screaming, running and playing in the lobby/bar area, parents shouting at their kids, kids shouting and running down the hallways at all hours or crying in the rooms next door- being woken at 6/7am was not on my holiday wish list! bBar closed at 11pm and room service at 12 pm which defeats the point of room service. Bar was unmanned as staff also worked the restaurant, reception staff just watched you wait at the bar until you went over to them to ask for help (reception is 10m in-front of the bar area). Bar staff were very nice, but waited at least 10 min at reception to check in, after a 6 hour drive, it was annoying. We went as an adult couple and also needed to work whilst away, and no quiet areas in the public space, so didn’t suit our needs. Hotel was nice but needs to be clear in the clientele it is trying to attract, apparently the chain is trying to attract families.
