Disappointing amenities
Pros:

The restaurant was a nice highlight. Varied breakfast buffet with nice fresh produce and the dinners were delicious too. I actually liked that the dinner was a set 3-course menu with a decent number of options instead of a buffet.
Seems to be a less wasteful but higher quality formula.

The waiting staff, front desk, spa staff and cleaning staff were all lovely people!

Cons:

The amenities in general were disappointing considering the standard that the hotel supposedly operates at.
-Small gym with low quality equipment.
-Limited on site amenities
-The Spa!
Biggest disappointment of our stay. Since we were traveling in winter, we made sure to get a spa hotel in case we couldn't be outdoors because of bad weather. We assumed that by booking at Aubamar SPA and Suites, we would be fine. To our dismay, the "spa" area had just 1 heated plunge pool and with about 10 lounge chairs. No views (basically a basement), no refreshments, not a relaxing setting at all. The floor basically gets flooded when there's people in the pool, a total hazard!
The open area is way too small relative to the hotel/number of rooms. We were in low season and yet were told at least twice that the spa was at capacity. I cannot imagine how it would be in high season.
What really ruined it were the unsupervised children (pre-teens?) that would jump into the small pool, scream, run around and I've seen them throw ice at each other!
Felt bad for the spa staff who had to play school teacher and repeatedly ask for them to be quiet. She is in no way to blame for this. Other guests also had to ask them to behave.
If you call yourself a 'spa hotel' then we are bound to have high expectations of the spa area. For eg. a family area and a separate adults only area would be much better!

All in all, I would not personally recommend nor book again.

Pyszne i urozmaicone śniadania mimo, że byliśmy poza sezonem. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Sprzątanie odbywało się codziennie co jest dużym plusem. Hotel bardzo czysty, nowoczesny i w dobrej lokalizacji ( wolne miejsca parkingowe zaraz obok hotelu)

Loud music all night long from the surrounding clubs and bars make it difficult to sleep. If you don’t mind the chaos around this amazing property then it is fine. If you are looking for a little peace late at night, you need to think twice

Really enjoyable …
Pros:

The staff were amazing especially Rafik, Ricky, Adrian and Esau. They could not do enough for you. The hotel is clean and the service around the pool area was prompt and professional. I would definitely stay here again…

Fue un viaje especialmente agradable. Pasé mi cumpleaños en este hotel y agradezco sinceramente el pastel y el champán que nos regalaron; ese detalle me hizo sentir muy cálido.
Pero la vida siempre guarda imprevistos. Acostumbro a pagar con el móvil, así que solo guardaba algo de dinero en efectivo de reserva en la cartera que tenía dentro del bolsillo interior de mi mochila, solo por si acaso. Por eso, no me di cuenta de nada en un primer momento. Fue hasta que una amiga que viajaba conmigo mencionó que su dinero también había desaparecido cuando nos estábamos preparando para salir del hotel que empecé a prestar atención. Al principio, no le presté mucha atención, pensando que quizás ella se había equivocado de memoria o había gastado el dinero y se lo había olvidado.
Pero cuando revisé mi mochila con cuidado y descubrí que todo el dinero en efectivo de mi cartera también había desaparecido sin rastro, aunque me costara creerlo, no me quedó más remedio que aceptar la realidad: habíamos sido víctimas de un ladrón. Después de todo, durante toda la estancia en el hotel, mi mochila siempre estuvo en la habitación y nunca la saqué fuera del establecimiento.
Bueno, solo quiero recordarles a todos los que viajan que deben guardar bien sus pertenencias. Es mejor tener más cuidado cuando estamos fuera de casa, sin causar problemas a otros ni dejar que los imprevistos arruinen nuestro buen humor.

Estància bona però anirem en altres dates

L’hotel és excel•lent en instal•lacions i personal

Cons:

Era el darrer dia abans del tancament de l’hotel i s’ha notat en el servei de berenar i neteja. És la tercera vegada que anem a aquest hotel i no em rebut benvinguda amb suc i fruits secs com altres vegades ni detallet per la nostra filla.

War schön würde nur Anhand der Partylautstärke und dem Pool nicht mehr kommen .

Frühstück super , Personal sehr bemüht und nett , Ausstattung sehr gut und modern .

Cons:

Leider war der Poolbereich für mich eine Katastrophe man konnte nicht schwimmen , es ist mehr ein großer Whirlpool in dem man stehen kann mit viel Kindergeschrei auch die Öffnungszeiten waren für mich überhaupt nicht verständlich von 10.00 - 19.00 Uhr . Hatte mich auf meine morgendlichen Bahnen gefreut dies war leider nicht möglich das hat mich sehr enttäuscht.
