Pros:

Die Lage ist gut. Es war im allgemeinen sauber.

Cons:

Der fitnessraum ist die 5 Sterne nicht würdig. Essen ist maximal nur befriedigend. Befremdlich sind auch die vielen teppiche.

Pros:

Service, grundsätzlich Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Lage

Cons:

Zimmer wurde in 4 Tagen nur 1 x gereinigt.
Bin immer gegen 12 mittags aus dem Zimmer und dennoch wurde es nicht wie sonst gewohnt, gesäubert. Ich hatte Handtücher, weil ich alleine im Doppelzimmer war, dennoch Bett nicht gemacht etc.

Kenne es anders !

Lovely Hotel, great Style, friendly people!

Cons:

Mattress was unfortunately a bit worn out + the open bathroom can only be closed off with a curtain. The toilet door in the room doesn’t really shut 100%... No proper places to hang towels. It feels like design was a bit prioritized over practicality.

Relaxing and well catered for.
Pros:

Exceptionally clean and amazing breakfast!

Cons:

The location is close to the sea front but there are not many nice places to eat close by. Lots and lots of German bars and some night clubs, but nothing for foodies, we needed to go to Palma for this. The hotel itself is exceptional.

Nie wieder!
Pros:

Wir hatten das Aubamar Suits and Soa gebucht. Die Hotels (der Tower) und das Suites wurde danach zusammen geführt als Resort.
Wurde dann leider in den Tower abgeschoben. Zimmer sind hier lange nicht so schön wie im suits. Deshalb absolute Frechheit.
Es gab auch kein Entgegenkommen.

Wir hatten bewusst, dass Sweet and Spa gebucht, weil man hier bei Stellbetten für die Kinder reinstellen konnte. Jetzt haben wir leider mit zwei Kindern in einem großen Bett schlafen müssen.

A Lovely Stay in Palma
Pros:

Location, very clean, rooftop bar and views, great amenities and the staff at front desk were very amicable and helpful :)

Cons:

Night entertainment at hotel would have made it exceptional. Whilst I understams it was the first week of April and not summer season, the hotel was full and the entertainment would have been welcomed.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel, belles prestations générales
Emplacement très bien

Cons:

Nous étions en demi pension ,
Le buffet (matin et soir) était très décevant, pas beaucoup de choix, à 20h30 presque plus rien à manger , qualité de la nourriture à revoir

Dans la chambre , les rideaux n’étaient absolument pas occultants , donc 6h30/7h grand soleil dans la chambre.

Pour un hôtel à ce prix là … nous sommes vraiment déçus

Wouldn’t recommend or return ☹️
Pros:

Breakfast was good and lots of outdoor space.

Cons:

Unfortunately we had lots of small issues that collectively led to a subpar experience and wouldn’t be rushing back or recommending. It’s fine but not a 5* and that should be clear from offset.
• When we checked in (3pm), someone had just been in it and used the toilet…. And not cleaned it. It was pretty gross. That was a whole issue, rude staff, no apology etc so wasn’t a great start.
• You won’t sleep. Someone tried to get into our room at 7am on our first morning. Cleaning then came in at 8am. This happened every morning (including weekend) unless you put a “no cleaning” sign on your room.
• The rooms are in no way sound proof and are tiny. We could every everything from neighbours and also the rooftop bar upstairs. Chairs constantly dragged across floor from 8am until late at night.
• We tried to get room service and the whole thing was a nightmare. We ended up having to come downstairs and have the meal sitting at the bar.
• Gym facilities are tiny and just have guests/kids walking through it.

Pros:

Very nice decoration, garden and location , visually beautiful place, kind and helpful staff, comfortable beds.
Bike rental possibility and room for bikes.
Good quality internet and smart TV with all the nice apps Netflix, Prime and more.
The food was good. The swimming pool and sunbeds were great but water was cold in March. We stayed in the tower building and the spa swimming pool was a really big jacuzzi. To go to the other spa with a bigger indoor pool we had to ask at reception every time which didn't make me feel comfortable, a little bit like a second class hotel guest.

Cons:

I didn't like the concept of the bathroom in my first hotel room with the window facing the bedroom. The rollet was transparent when light was on and from a bed you could watch a person on a toilet! Absolutely lack of privacy and the washbasin was in the corridor which means after you use the toilet you have to go out to wash your hands and there wasn't any hook or place to hang the towel so you have to go back to the bathroom to dry your hands.
Fortunately we spent only one night in this room and after complaining at reception we were kindly moved to another room with a normal* bathroom.
I would prefer to drink a Spanish beer at a hotel in Spain, the only draft was German and only one Spanish was bottled beer and it was gluten free which is a shame. That's why we didn't use the hotel bars because of lack of choice.
Overall the concept of two hotels together is confusing you don't know if you could use the other building facilities or not. Even if everything is open there's no info just suggestions.
