Before I start my review, I would like to extend my warmest congratulations and thanks to the two ladies from Guest Experience, Lara and Rosana! Two extremely competent, professional people, always ready to help you with everything possible! Lara speaks at least 4 foreign languages, and in tandem with Rosana they form a 10-star team, which offers impeccable service. We benefited from their help, elegance and kindness and we can only declare ourselves delighted with the interaction with them!
The experience with the entire staff was a 5-star one, in accordance with the hotel's classification. Although we arrived quite late, we had a frugal dinner, which is a big plus after a plane trip. The room, with a queen-size bed and balcony, offered a superb view of the sea and the region, being located on the 10th floor. The cleanliness, exemplary, daily. The breakfast and dinner, absolutely wonderful. You will find absolutely everything for all tastes. Everything is abundant and of high quality. Nothing is cut short in order to offer guests the most pleasant experience.
The SPA area also lives up to expectations. There are swimming pools with warm and clean water, dry and wet saunas, changing rooms, toilets, everything you could wish for. Also, for fitness enthusiasts, a gym. You have a bathrobe (which you find in the room) and slippers for the SPA. In conclusion, I warmly and confidently recommend this location to all those who appreciate high-quality services and a staff dedicated to excellence and professionalism!

Design des Hotels sehr gut. Innenarchitekt hat seine Arbeit gut gemacht.

Pros:

A suíte foi bem espaçosa, os banheiros também a vista dos quartos são bonitas e a varanda com bom espaço.

Cons:

Teve dois dias que estive lá e só funcionava a água quente impossibilitando de lavar qualquer coisa. Na área da piscina o serviço era péssimo pois parecia poucos funcionários para muita gente e via que os funcionários ficavam sobrecarregado.

Absolute Empfehlung
Pros:

Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Schon bei der Ankunft wird man sehr herzlich empfangen und fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Das gesamte Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Man merkt sofort, dass hier großer Wert auf Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird.
