A good option on the seafront.
Pros:

Great location on the Esplanade. Very comfortable and clean room.

Cons:

Swimming pool an odd set up with vetting the public lagoon pool in the park opposite. Some parts a bit dated.

It was lovely but just little things were missed

Loved the position

Cons:

Went for lunch ordered the oysters , they didn’t have any , so ordered sashimi , didn’t have any . So ordered prawns they were good.
But…….. then had an early night and ordered a halumi salad they forgot the halumi and there was a table spoon of quinoa and beetroot under two big handfuls of kale . Horrible
Also the bar tender didn’t know how to poor champagne 😶

For nearly $500 a night (with breakfast) I can say I am left feeling throughly insulted. Will never stay again.
Pros:

Felt very welcomed by the staff to start with but that is where the positive experience ended.

Cons:

Climate control didn’t work in our room.
Called guest services, they said they would send someone up to investigate. Had to call them a second time after two hours as no one showed up.
Room was very hot and we had a baby.
We did end up getting relocated, however the cot wasn’t set up correctly in the new room and the iPad features weren’t working.
The aircon in the new room was extremely loud- like a tidal wave constantly crashing even on the lowest fan setting so none of us slept well at all.
