Fantastic view and location. Beautiful spacious suite.
It would be good if there was espresso coffee available early in the morning. Staff were not as helpful or hospital as we had expected.
Location friendly staff at front desk
The location. We were there for the Cairns Ironman, location was the best we’ve had.
Our room was small, so if you have bikes for the Ironman maybe upgrade. We didn’t have a balcony which would be nice to open up the space or sit outside instead of in the room. Also, because the room was inclosed with the air con on, it felt damp. It would have been nice to get some fresh air. We were there QLD winter so ….. you wouldn’t want to this in summer
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Location of the property is right at the heart of Cairns CBD. It’s close to the shops, night markets, shopping centre and hospital. Surrounded by some of the best restaurants in town.

Close to the sea and the centre of the city, comfortable bed, good bathroom great views. Pools & gym.
1 Both lifts blocked by house keeping staff & service trolleys during mid morning period on one day of our stay. Couldn’t get to the lobby. Walked down fire egress stair to pavement and re-entered the building from the street.
2 Air-con in our room had a musty smell on arrival. This became less over time but never really went away
3 all night music disturbance from one of the street level bars.
Great location! The room was a good size and the decor was exceptional. Very quiet at night as well.

The Crystalbrook Flynn was great. The room was tidy and dusted and the shower had lots of space. Staff were kind and friendly. The buffet was delicious and the staff serving were very helpful. Absolutely loved the pool areas!
No aircon unit in the bathroom so the mirror was foggy when showering.
