The fact you can’t have a phone call on the balcony without getting a noise complaint is a bit sad especially for the money that you pay very disappointed wont be staying there again also because the manager that came up was very rude also. Won’t be recommending to anyone to stay there

Bed - extremely comfortable
Clean and tidy room
City view was lovely
Breakfast was absolutely delicious

Cons:

Mildew smell came from the headboard
Had to wash the coffee cup due to old coffee left in the cup.
Hubby's complementary gown was ripped in spots.

Extremely comfortable, great location, would recommend.
Pros:

Location close to harbour, and to a good range of restaurants. We had a (partial) harbour view which was requested and was appreciated. Room was spacious, modern, and very well appointed. We liked the lighting options!

Cons:

Small detail only but would have liked proper mugs for making a cup of tea in the room.

Pros:

Prachtige locatie aan de Esplanade. Fantastisch uitzicht op de Coral Sea en op loopafstand (10 minuten) naar de haven voor tours naar het Great Barrier Reef. Gemoedelijke sfeer in het hotel. Een absolute aanrader.
