That there was a couple of tissue’s falling apart in the large pool up top, when you walked underneath the pool you could see it everywhere in all the glass panels.

I think my experience from one kitchen staff behaviour needs changing. It is easy to say speak to supervisor rather than giving you an answer that was not acceptable especially with our age. I need respect

Would try another Crystalbrook next time.
Pros:

Great location, nice rooms, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Both pools, undercover, and too cold to swim. Also music from the hotel bars, loud and clashed, it was just a cacophony of noise.

The air conditioning seems connected with balcony door, if balcony door open a little bit long time, the air conditioning does not work properly, and the room will be quite warm.
