I am currently "homeless" well I've been living in my car.. so coming here has made me feel like I was "at home " the staff is super sweet and kind and pleasant and helpful... the breakfast is so delicious.. thank you for providing me one less meal out of pocket or providing me a meal in general.. the room is beautiful and spacious and plenty of storage place.. thank you sooo much!!

Cons:

That there isn't a hot tub in the pool area lol.

Pros:

Very spacious room with nice furnishings;
Modern and cheerful decor;
Nice to have a kitchenette and dish ware available;
The walk-in shower was a very pleasant surprise!!

The breakfast was good.. and we loved the location.
Also Deidra at the front desk made my and my daughter feel like family/home!

Awesome Home Away From Home
Pros:

Everything was excellent. The staff were friendly and kind, they met all of our needs.The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. There.were a lot of healthy items as well. Everything was spotless and clean.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked our next visit. I highly recommend Home2 Suites By Hilton Ephrata, we've stayed at many properties in the Lancaster area and this one is the best.

Cons:

One staff member was not customer service friendly.

Quite, very comfortable bed.

Cons:

There was a large ladies hair on the sheets when we pulled the covers down. Yuck! Also the rug in our room had a lot of stains like it hasn't been shampooed in months.
