Besonders Elisabeth Rausch vorne an der Rezeption war super lieb... da ich vor einigen Jahren einen Schlaganfall hatte brauchten wir ein Zimmer wo ich absolute Ruhe hatte...Wir durften uns eins anschauen..das ist es nicht geworden, da es eine Verbindungstür hatte..Wir bekamen dann in der 4. Etage, das letzte Zimmer am Ende vom Gang..

It was a great base for ZION National Park.
Pros:

There was made to order breakfast when we stayed. The staff was always very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and I thought a great value for the price.

Would definitely stay again! Great value & loved the location.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly & we appreciated the warm greeting upon arrival & all thru our stay. The room was very clean & comfortable. We were surprised at the variety & quality of the breakfast.

Cons:

The gym & pool areas were a bit underwhelming. Not enough equipment in the gym & unappealing pool deck.

Pros:

The room was really big and clean, and I enjoyed the spa and pool, got a few restaurants around the hotel which was really convenient, loved it!
We rent a kayak too, it’s was really fun. Only 10 minutes drive to the lake!

Cons:

Breakfast was not that great, everything was dry.

spent one night as we were moving on the next day but enjoyed our stay very nice hotel
Pros:

second time staying there room were clean, spacious and comfortable, the hot breakfast was delicious, their specialty that morning was crepes yummy, staff was great friendly, helpful and courteous

Cons:

only thing I can say is dog area could be bigger

Superb Stay for a Fun Zion Adventure!
Pros:

We were visiting Zion National Park, and although the hotel is a little farther from the park than some other options, I don’t regret booking it at all. The staff was absolutely amazing, everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast staff was especially wonderful, and there were plenty of great breakfast options to choose from each morning, especially if you’re looking to fuel up before a day of exploring. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

Best Western Settlers Place is a great place to stay at.
Pros:

I liked everything from the breakfast to the pool. I especially liked having floor instead of carpet due to having kids who like to be in the pool.

Cons:

I don’t have any complaints about this property.
