Good place to stay, close to S2
Pros:

Fun environment, full of happy guests. Laundry and ironing facilities in the lobby. Pretty good breakfast. Powerful shower. USB connections on the mains sockets.

Cons:

Temperature control through air con in the winter is not my favourite. TV was not as smart as it claimed to be. Staff were good but not great.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind top modern und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In diesen Punkten fühlt man sich sehr wohl:)

Cons:

Ein bestimmter Teil der Gäste ist sehr unangenehm. Ich habe mich durch diese Gäste sehr unwohl gefühlt, vor allem wenn sie einem auf dem Gang entgegenlaufen. Es wird nachts rumgeschrien, ständig an die Tür geklopft und herzhaft gekocht, was man sehr stark durch die Tür riechen kann. Zum Reinigungsteam sind sie zum Teil auch sehr unfreundlich, als wären es Menschen zweiter Klasse. Außerdem stellen diese bestimmten Gäste auch ihren Müll einfach vor ihre Türe in den Gang. Keine kleinen Tüten, sondern wirklich Müll. Führen sich zum Teil sehr auf und ihr Verhalten ist schon als asozial zu bezeichnen. Ich hatte durch Zufall schon 3x das gleiche Zimmer und jedes Mal ist was neues kaputt oder Wände waren bemalt bzw verschmiert. Keine großen Schäden, aber mich als Hotelbetreiber würde das schon ärgern....

Schönes Hotel, würden wir unterähnlichen Umständen wieder buchen.
Pros:

Ein schönes Hotel, allerdings haben wir uns wenig in den öffentlichen Räumen aufgehalten. Unser Zimmer war toll, allerdings haben wir vor Ort auch noch eine Kategorie abgegrast, wir waren also in einer mittleren Kategorie (29 m2 statt 19 m²). Da wir das Hotel als Unterkunft während unseres einwöchigen Umzuges genutzt haben, hatten wir einiges an Gepäck dabei, was wir verstauen mussten. So hatten wir im Zimmer neben der Koch Ecke auch einen Tisch, viele Schränke und erheblich mehr Platz. Die Betten waren komfortabel und das Badezimmer ausreichend groß. Alles in allem haben wir uns dort wohl gefühlt und würden das Hotel und diese Zimmer Kategorie auch jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Das Hotel selber liegt nah an einer Autobahn, der Messe und einer S-Bahn-Station. In der Nähe gibt es einen Rewe, dm, Lidl und einen fantastischen Bäcker. Ebenfalls nicht weit befindet sich das einzige Autokino von München.

Cons:

Das einzige, was uns etwas gestört hat, war, dass zu Beginn nicht genügend Besteck für zwei Personen da war, kein Topf und keine Pfanne, was ich über die Rezeption aber schnell beheben ließ. Zusätzlich fanden wir auch unglücklich, dass im Zimmer, wenn erst nach sieben Tagen die erste Reinigung stattfindet, nur eine extra Rolle Klopapier war und es keine weiteren Müllbeutel gab. Auch der Weg zu den Mülleimern war nicht beschrieben. Man kann das alles über die Rezeption lösen, aber schöner wäre gewesen, diese Informationen im Zimmer zu finden und für die Länge des Aufenthaltes auch etwas Klopapier und Ersatzbeutel für den Mülleimer.
