For the sake of the environment, we clean our apartments after every seventh night. 前台HA小美女笑容甜蜜，态度可亲。大热天为我递上一大杯凉水。
离S2线走8分钟，门口263路公交车2站到会展中心西站。周围环境很好，安静。
房间干净整洁舒适，空调，电视，卫生间毛巾烘架，厨房用具设备煮饭可以。
住了20多天，性价比高。
以后有机会再入住，推荐大家入住。

Preis-Leistung absolut ungenügend
Pros:

Der einzige Pluspunkt war die Nähe zum Festivalgelände. Ansonsten können wir dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Wir waren 3 Nächte bzw. 4 Tage in diesem Hotel und leider war unser Aufenthalt eine einzige Enttäuschung.

Bei Außentemperaturen von 37 °C funktionierte die Klimaanlage im Zimmer überhaupt nicht. An der Rezeption wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass kein Techniker im Haus sei. Als Entschädigung erhielten wir lediglich zwei kostenlose Getränke pro Person – das war für uns keineswegs angemessen.

Besonders enttäuschend war auch die Sauberkeit: Unser Zimmer wurde während des gesamten Aufenthalts kein einziges Mal gereinigt. Der Müll wurde nicht entsorgt, die Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt und wir mussten uns selbst frische Handtücher von einem Wäschewagen auf dem Flur nehmen.

Auch die Hotelbar war völlig überlastet. Da dort nur eine Person arbeitete, mussten wir jedes Mal rund 20 Minuten anstehen, um überhaupt bedient zu werden. Als wir schließlich bezahlen wollten, drückte uns der Barkeeper das Kartenlesegerät einfach in die Hand, weil er keine Zeit hatte, und wir mussten den Betrag sogar selbst eingeben. So einen Service haben wir noch nie erlebt.

卫生不提供，没有空调，只有电风扇，导致我都生病中暑了，前台没有耐心，服务一般，餐厅设备很差，热鸡蛋的，以为是电灯，结果是加热器，导致手背被烫了，都没有一个纸条提醒一下
