Идеально чистые номера! Мебель , сантехника новые!
В двухместном номере был чайник, 2 чашки, стаканы,холодильник и микроволновка! Отель находится за Мюнхеном в тихом месте.

Laut, hellhörig und für den Preis leider nicht passabel
Pros:

An sich ein gutes Hotel /Apartments mit allem was man benötigt für einen Kurzurlaub in München. Es war sehr sauber und das Personal war freundlich. Die Möglichkeiten im Hotel sind gut und man hat einige Benefits.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war extrem überfüllt, laut und eng. Die Auswahl für das Geld war sehr klein und einseitig. Lebensmittel waren jedoch von guter Qualität. An Schlafen war in dieser Unterkunft leider nicht zu denken. Trotz Beschwerde, welche sehr verständnisvoll aufgenommen wurde, hat sich nichts verändert. Wir haben kurzzeitig überlegt, eine andere Unterkunft zu buchen. Eine Jugendliche Fußballgruppe war auf unserem Stock (Nr.4). Diese haben sich durch das komplette Hotel gejagt, bis spät in die Nacht. Wenn sie nicht gerannt sind, haben sie stündlich an unsere Zimmer geklopft und sind davon gerannt. Aus den Fenstern wurde geraucht, was man leider auch gerochen hat und insgesamt stank dieses Stockwerk extrem. Leider für das bezahlte Geld nicht unsere Ansprüche.

We really liked our stay at this Hotel
Pros:

We liked that there is a small kitchen in each room and the fridge. There is also a free little gym, where you can work out and free Breakfast. We could also borrow the games and play them in the living room.
Thank you Caroline for your service at the reception. You are such a great soul🫶🏻

Alles in allem prima
Pros:

Sämtliches Personal mit dem ich zu tun hatte, war äußerst freundlich! Das Zimmer roch gut und war blitze sauber. Das Frühstück war prima - verstehe neg Bewertungen diesbezüglich nicht.
Ich mag es, dass nicht täglich Zimmermädchen in die Privatsphäre eindringen und deshalb schätze ich es, dass im Maseven erst ab Tag 4 geputzt wird. Die Bettdecken waren leicht und kuschelig :-)

Cons:

Das Bett bzw. Die Matratze fand ich sehr unbequem, aber da hat halt jeder seine Vorlieben. Die Küchenausstattung fand ich etwas dürftig, zB keine Zitronenpresse. Fände super, wenn das im Internet kommuniziert werden würde, dann kann man evtl das, was einem wichtig ist, noch mitnehmen.
Es gibt keinen anständigen Kaffee - im Zimmer und beim Frühstück nur löslicher Kaffee, der mit heißem Wasser vermengt wird. Das ist nicht lustig...
