Pros:

Cleanliness n great breakfast n good staff attitude

Cons:

We wanted a family room with 1 main door n 2 separate rooms inside since we had 3 young children n had specified childrens age,a room connected to our room for safety n security of our children,we were offered a single room with 1 double bed n 1 single bed together which invade our privacy as parents,we were uncertain about our kids safety so we had to separate as parents n me as a mother to sleep with them as another offer was separate rooms,we were not happy at All.

They should allow us as Africans to book the book the hotels.
Pros:

The food was not suiting everyone, only Hala food was available. So I will prefer if one make a Booking, they must be specific about food beacause we are not all Indian people.

Cons:

The food was bad, they were only meant to suit Indians not us as Africans. My child had only one breakfast and he was having running stomach. Then we decided not eat anything from the hotel.

Value of money with Good Facilities and friendly staff.
Pros:

Good location at affordable prices and welcoming staff , Room was clean and Hotel is well taken care of. Reception staff very professional.

Cons:

Serving breakfast at 07:00 is a challenge especially if someone is staying for work purposes , consider serving from 06:00 so that we are not late for work.

A short stay marred with issues all the time. Their employees need to learn hospitality.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

This hotel is in very poor state. Nothing works properly. On top of it, attitude of their employees is horrible. Whole hotel smells with food smell. Their are cockroaches in the entire property. AC's don't work properly. Overall waste of holiday time. Their employees need to learn hospitality before serving in the hospitality sector.

It was okay for the price i have paid.
Pros:

Staff was friendly even though some staff members were fighting and causing noise just in front of our room.

Cons:

Tea staff were not refilled.
