The room was neat and clean
service from arrival even worse during break fast we had to wait for our food for almost 2 hours with is very disturbing and disappointing.

The room was just standard room and had most of the things you would find in such a room. Secured the placed at a special prize because it was during the off peak time.
Breakfast was served without juice or even water. Treatment from person labeled as the manager on the day left so much to be desired. If she was a trainee manager, it is understandable hopefully she will grow after our encounter. The location of the hotel is not a good one. The design of the hotel doesn't cater for people with disabilities (especially wheelchair)and old citizens and yet I saw an old citizen struggling on the stairs. Thanks to the people who were accompanying her because they could support her while walking down the stairs.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying here again.
We waited the whole hour to get breakfast on the second day.
Facility was very clean, comfortable ,safe, close to city centre, and good parking.
You can do better on the breakfast. Firstly it took more than 30 minutes to get after ordering yet it was a simple one.
The security guards are the only friendly people there.
My experience was horrible!
1. The room was near their furniture dump site and the smoking area of the hotel. If you get room 20 run for the hills. Worst room.
2. The staff there is not friendly at all. It’s like they don’t want to be there. They are rude when you call reception. Terrible attitude from the staff in general.
3. Breakfast? They should stop serving it if they don’t want to. The food is terrible! It comes already dishes up for you in a weird looking plate! The cutlery is not maintained, it’s old and looks dirty! The cup for the tea? Dented! Why would you serve someone in plates and cups like that?
4. The location is absolutely horrible!
5. There are small lizards in the property! I had one in my room and they said “these are everywhere, it’s normal for these things to be in the room. They are not going to harm you.” So I was supposed to stay in a room where there is a small lizard? Even when I told them I have a fear of reptiles. They truly do not care!!

Upon arriving in Durban we got a little lost finding the property. We called reception and we were assisted by the kind ladies who kept checking on us until we arrived safely.
The room had one bed, despite receiving a free room upgrade from the App. We had booked for 2 adults, in the room there was only one bottle of water, one soap and body wash.On Saturday morning we waited forever for someone to come and take our order for the standard breakfast. We then had to wait again for what felt like an eternity for the food. When it did arrive the coffee was cold. Sunday morning was the worst, we waited for close to an hour to receive our order, this is after we had waited 30 minutes to get our order taken. The coffee was cold again.
