Cons:

We couldn't order as we came to the restaurant at 20h30 ,the Waitress told us they could only take an order for the bunny chow and not for pizza as the kitchen was closing at 21h00 and it takes 40+ Min to get the pizza ready.
In the morning we waited for about 45min to receive the standard breakfast,which was cold when we received it.
There was only 1 staff serving breakfast that took forever.
In the room we had only 1 bottle of water yet the booking clearly stated 2 guests

On the 2nd day the lady who assisted in the morning with breakfast was very efficient and friendly

Prime location to Kingsmead stadium and other attractions, and the Capsicum Restaurant is amazing, serving mostly traditional Indian dishes, curries and bunnies to die for.

Cons:

The bed in room 0, broke my back.
