公式ウエブサイトを事実に即して編集しなおして欲しい。Booking.com no
Pros:

宿泊の前日に急に出発することになり、返金不可の比較的安価な部屋を予約した。清潔で冷蔵庫もある快適な部屋であったが、洗い場のある独立した浴室はありがたいが、洗面所の横にはタオルかけがなく、いちいち浴室の扉を開けないとタオルを使えないのは残念だった。

Cons:

朝食が美味しいというレビューがあったので、Booking.comのメッセージで朝食希望と伝えた。チェックインの際に「朝食は3日前に予約が必要」と知らされた。Booking.comから、「メッセージを送信しました」という連絡が入ったのは、チェックアウトの日。これはホテルがわの問題ではなく、Booking.com の問題。もっとも、このホテルのウエブサイトには「和食レストランあり」記載されているが、実際は揚げ物の強烈なにおいが広がるロビー横のレストランはカレー等の軽食しかなく、閉店時間もその日による軽食カフェだった。このホテルの公式ウエブサイトは実際とは大きく異なる。

Good value, clean, modern hotel
Pros:

Clean modern property, decent room size and comfortable bed. Peaceful location but still close to museum/cafes/shops and the Castle park which is beautiful.

Cons:

As you enter the lobby there is a cafe next door which means there is a food smell, but this doesn't make much difference to the overall experience.

Pros:

Comfortable space in a great location. Lots of good places to eat and drink nearby, only a 30 min walk to the main train station. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff.
