Pros:

21世紀美術館至近で、兼六園などにも近い観光には絶好の立地です。
ホテルは新しく、部屋もビジネスホテルにしては広く快適。お風呂場が独立しており洗い場付きなのも良かったです。また金沢に来るときは泊まりたいホテルです。

金沢駅や香林坊といった飲食店や交通の便を重視する方には少し不便に感じる立地かもしれません。

Perfect hotel - feels 5 star and great location
Pros:

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Very professional staff, rooms were massive and amazing. The location is perfect to the castle and very short walk to the entertainment district. Overall, perfect stay.

Pros:

宿泊日前日に予約したので朝食は予約できませんでした。
食材の準備の都合があるのかもしれません。

Location and the room.

They should train the staff/front office to know more about the city and the activities. Also, provide them with a personal translation device like in train station. Communication is a big minus
