La posizione che regala una vista bellissima.
Lo staff molto gentile e accoglienre

Cons:

La stanza piccola con la finestra con affaccio su un tetto che non permetteva la vista di nulla.
La doccia piccola, con il box in vetro aperto da un lato, dal quale purtroppo, durante l'uso, fuoriusciva molta acqua sul pavimento.

Pros:

La situation, la gentillesse du personnel, la vue superbe, la proximité du centre.
Parfait pour 1 nuit.

Cons:

Attention à ne pas être trop chargés car il faut se garer au parking central et finir à pied et ça monte avec des pavés 😁 !
Petit-déjeuner décevant par rapport à la catégorie d'hôtel.

Excellent stay at Hotel Fantasy.
Pros:

We booked two rooms, and both were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views. Every member of the staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed.

The hotel’s location is excellent, close to the main attractions, and there is a paid underground parking garage just a 2-minute walk away, which was very convenient.

The buffet breakfast was also delicious, with a good selection of fresh food.

I would happily stay here again anytime and can highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gjirokastër. 5/5! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A must stay if you want the best of it all.
Pros:

The petulla and scrambled eggs in the am. The gorgeous views. The balcony views from room. The food at dinner. The nicest staff. A shuttle will get you to and from the main garage for parking. So close to everything. Right at the bottom of the Main Street bazaar. We keep coming back and send everyone here.

Cons:

Funny, they forgot to heat the warmer under the chaffing dish so fried eggs were cold. But seriously nothing to complain about. It's wonderful!

Top Lage inmitten von Gjrokaster!
Pros:

Tolle Lage am Berg mit sehr schönem Blick von der Terrasse. Man kann nicht mit dem Auto direkt hinfahren, aber einen super Service. Wir wurden samt Gepäck vom Square abgeholt und wieder zurück gebracht. Personal alle sehr nett, besonders Bledit von der Bar mit super Service.

Cons:

Balkone sind sehr klein, man kann nicht wirklich sitzen. Aber das ist kein Problem, weil man ja die tolle Terrasse hat.

Pros:

Mooie ligging met zicht op kasteel.Kamer klein maar heel netjes.

Cons:

Zeer kleine badkamer. Het ontbijt was ondermaats. Droog brood, droge cake en om 8u45 konden de croissants niet meer aangevuld worden. Op is op. Fruit met rotte plekken. Gelukkig op vraag nog 2 verse bananen gekregen.
Het hotel ligt in de hoogte en sleuren met bagage over de kasseien in warm weer was heel vermoeiend. Bij uitchecken leken ze een auto te hebben die bagage wou vervoeren. Waarom werd ons dat niet vooraf bij aankomst aangeboden? Bij vertrek ook 3 kwartier zitten wachten voor de bagage naar de parking kon gevoerd worden omdat een groep toeristen voorrang kreeg. Daarna liet de auto heel lang op zich wachten ondanks dat een ritje naar beneden slechts 5 min duurde. Dit hotel was het minste van heel onze rondreis.
