Pros:

The view from this hotel was amazing, the staff at reception was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, maybe a bit too much for two people. The bed was super comfy. If you are driving, let reception know 15 min before you arrive to help with your bags, specially if you have big suitcases like me.

I really liked this property because it was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is excellent, close to the Old Bazaar and main attractions, and the atmosphere of the hotel is warm and relaxing. Everything was well organized and the service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gjirokastër. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great short break.
Pros:

The location was perfect and we were able to get three single beds. The hotel was comfortable, clean and well furbished, and staff were friendly and helpful. It's close to a car park that is easy to find and the fee for overnight was very reasonable.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like.

Decent Stay. Inconvenient location. Nice front desk personnel (at night).
Pros:

The beds were olds. Rooms need modern updates. The breakfast need a more diverse menu option for the free breakfast. The hotel needs to make it clear that there is no parking and there is a need to walk up a hill into a market district in the description of the hotel advertisement. Otherwise it seems like false advertisement.

Cons:

The front desk person was nice and tried to help.
