Location is very near to the Umeda shopping area

- schön große Zimmer mit Teppich
- bequeme Betten
- Nespresso Kaffeekapseln und zwei Flaschen Wasser werden jeden Tag aufgefüllt
- großer Balkon mit super Blick auf die Stadt bzw. die Skyline
- man sollte wissen, dass das Bad eine Glastür (zugegebenermaßen mit Vorhang davor) hat. Das Hotel ist also eher etwas für Pärchen, als Urlaub mit Freunden.
- eine sehr große Badewanne
- perfekte Lage nur 5 Minuten von der Umeda Station und zum Expressway Bus Terminal, so dass man sehr gut in die Stadt und auch zum Flughafen kommt. In direkter Umgebung gibt es darüber hinaus diverse Restaurants
- Man muss wissen, dass der Hoteleingang sehr unauffällig ist. Es sieht so aus, als wenn man in ein Parkhaus geht. Rezeption ist dann im 10 Stock
- Sehr serviceorientiertes Personal. Wir hatten einen späten Rückflug und uns wurde gegen einen fairen Aufschlag ein late Checkout ermöglicht. Und auch sonst fühlt man sich in dem Hotel wie ein König.
- Super ist die Lounge welche von 19 bis 22 Uhr geöffnet ist und wo Gäste kostenlose Cocktails, Softdrinks und Bier genießen können - das haben wir bisher noch in keinem Hotel erlebt.

The location was excellent, the level of service was exceptional (we were treated like royalty), the staff were beautiful, the inclusions were generously vast, including free nightly drinks (cocktails included!) and delicious snacks. The room and bathroom were huge with a balcony that must have been at least 8 metres long. We felt spoilt, looked after and very comfortable. Such incredible value for money and could not recommend it more highly - their attention to detail and quality of the service, including a fancy French breakfast, will never be forgotten.

Great location. The hotel is close to Umeda Station, offering easy access to shops and public transportation. The balcony was fantastic.

Die Lage nahe von Osaka Station ist sehr günstig zur Erkundung von Osaka und insbesondere des Viertels Umeda. Das Zimmer ist komfortabel und stilvoll. Schön war es, mitten in der Stadt einen Balkon zu haben. Die Aussicht auf die Umgebund war sehr eindrucksvoll. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat Spaß gemacht, in der hoteleigenen Bar einen Drink (kostenlos) mit Blick auf die Wolkenkratzer zu genießen. Spektakulär ist das sehr aufwändig präsentierte Frühstück.

The stuff was amazing. The food as well. The views from our room, just perfect.
Also, the only hotel that offered a cot for 22 months old toddler. Everywere else had max a bassinet for up to 1 year old babies.

One of a kind place! Even before boarding the elevator staff is standing by, asking for your name so that the gracious ladies at the reception already know about you checking in. The huge room is spotlessly clean, and you will discover hidden amenities everywhere - one example being the fabric spray for your clothes. Big bathroom with a tub features breathtaking views, as does the huge balcony.
The luxurious bar is free in the evening and features high-class drinks and local snacks.
Take your time to talk to the staff. Osaka locals are known for their friendliness, and this hotel's staff are perfect ambassadors for their city. One lady taught us how to count with our fingers in Japanese. A special shout-out goes to Taigen with his bubbly personality.

We will definitely come back here.

阪急梅田のイベントで開店前に並びたくて、近くのホテルに宿泊することにしました

-The room was spacious and clean.

-The staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed a taxi for any trips.

-The location was close to the subway line which takes you mostly anywhere you need to go in Osaka and also a short taxi drive to Shin-Osaka station for any day trips further afield.

Service and surroundings were exceptional.

Het personeel. Gastvrijheid en service waren uitmuntend. Heerlijke kamer met mooi uitzicht.

Very comfortable room with excellent facilities and comforting additions like good quality pajamas and bathrobe. Black Tea twin room was a good size, made to feel all the more spacious by the large windows and long balcony. Good shower. Although we're not really drinkers, free bar in the evening was an unexpected bonus for a wind down drink (alcoholic, non alcoholic or warm) and snacks. Location easy walking distance to station and major shopping areas.
