Pros:

hervorragende Lage

Cons:

Die Osaka Innenstadt auch im 15. Stock noch sehr laut, besonders wenn nachts Krankenwagen über die Ringautobahn wollen.
Die Zimmer haben einen langezogenen Schnitt, für Koffer ist, wie in Japan anscheinend generell üblich, wenig Platz. Das Hotel ist mittlerweile sehr alt und die Ausstattung entspricht größtenteils nicht mehr dem aktuellen Standard.
Das Frühstück kann man sich sparen.

Pros:

Alles top. Superzimmer mit Balkon und toller Aussicht. Mitabeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Präsentation des eingesetzten Frühstücks sehr gut. lage sehr gut, U-Bahn und Osaka Station in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Transferbus zum Kansai Airport ebenfalls. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ebenso Restaurants, in direkter Umgebung

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage direkt über dem Bett ist nicht optimal, obwohl sie durch Segel abgehängt ist. Uns hat der direkte Luftzug beim Schlafen gestört. Aber das lässt sich baulich ganz nicht nicht ändern.

Pros:

- chambre très spacieuse et très confortable avec un grand balcon offrant une magnifique vue sur la ville
- Proximité avec la gare
- Personnel très professionnel

Cons:

- petit déjeuner très particulier et original. Nous sommes très ouverts en matière de nourriture mais l’expérience était un peu trop particulière pour être pleinement appréciée

Perfekte Hub und Rückzugsort für Ausflüge in Osaka, Kyoto und Nara
Pros:

Die Lage, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und verhältnismässig ruhig, insbesondere die Zimmer auf der Westseite. Die Architektur, die kostenlose Happyhour, der Afternoon-Tea.

Cons:

Die Englischkenntnisse bei einigen Mitarbeitern könnten besser sein.

Pros:

Super Architektur und schöne Zimmer. Toller und sehr freundlicher Service. Tageszeitungen sowie freie Bar in der Lobby. Unglaublicher Blick über die Stadt. Immer wieder gerne!

Highend business hotel
Pros:

Highend business hotei. Highly motivated staff. Spaceous rooms in upper quality level. Balcony is a nice to have but not reallly needed feature. Complimentary Happy Hour was a great surprise and is a special add on which we did not await. Umena Station is about 12 minutes to walk and can be made partly through undeground shopping arcades if you are able to find the right directon (above ground no problem to find the way). Good start point for the sightseeing tours.
If you want to come and leave by taxi to shin osaka station than each ride is about 2000 yen which is reasonable (takes 8-12 minutes).

Cons:

Nothing to complain. All in all a perfect stay
